Hilton Garden Inn Arlington/Courthouse Plaza

Upon entering the front desk staff were friendly and got me checked in seamlessly. They have an underground parking facility which made me feel safer for leaving a car. The hallways on the room floors were bright and everything was clean. My room had a great desk and comfortable chair for work, and the bed pillows were divine. It is worth pointing out in my room, I enjoyed the way the bathroom was laid out. There was a small cart with towels, the room was bright and clean and the towels were FLUFFY and white. This may sound strange to point out, but most hotels give you flat overused dingy towels. There are also an abundance of restaurants and people walking around so you feel safe. It is close to Arlington Cemetery and the Air Force memorial. Two thumbs up for this property!

There really isn't anything bad for me to say about my stay at this property. Maybe...I wish I could have stayed longer.

The front desk staff was outstanding and the rooms were a great size and well laid-out. Online reviews said the place was a little run-down but my floor seemed freshly painted and quite clean.

The first two nights in a row, the fire alarm malfunctioned and everyone had to evacuate. That was pretty terrible. (Especially the second night.) However, I spoke with the manger and, after some back-and-forth, he agreed to take some money off our bill, in consideration of the tremendous inconvenience.

Location! 1 block from metro, safe area, restaurants and movie theater w/in walking distance.

Parking fees; and housekeeping by request only… which is good… but you have to remember to ask before noon. i kept forgetting until the end of the day.

on Tuesday am around 9, a worker,security guard opened our room door without knocking or announcing he was coming in. He quickly stepped out and when I asked him about it he said he smelled smoke and was checking the fire alarms. Very strange and a little nerve racking. he should have knocked

The location in Arlington is great.

Unfortunately, housekeeping won’t clean your room unless you place a special request. While the hotel attempts to spin this as a perk designed to guarantee guests’ privacy, it didn’t feel that way. I suspect they have insufficient staffing and can’t keep up with regular housekeeping.

They had parking available, allowed us to park early the day of check in, and park into the afternoon the day of check out. There is a fee to park.

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. The room had a frig, and I was able to make coffee in the room or go to get coffee downstairs. The only thing was they were remodeling the front drive which confused a few of the uber drivers as to how to pick me up. Local resturants and walking distance and a farmer's market.

Nice location and the staff was helpful and very nice.

The air conditioner/heating unit was very noisy and had to be turned off so we could sleep We also had to ask for toilet paper and towels frequently.

The location close to the Courthouse metro stop is convenient and the room was intensely quiet.

The free internet service was spotty in the extreme.
