Best Western Plus Canyon Pines

The lady who helped us check in was so very nice and pleasant to talk with. She answered all of our questions and was also interesting to talk with. The man who helped us check out was equally pleasant. Thank you Maggie and Cody!! The bed was so soft and comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was also excellent. Many places aren’t doing their “normal” breakfasts, which is very understandable, but it was so nice to have hot options.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and I love the breakfast room. Great room and it was very clean. They don't clean everyday unless you asked but no problem because I didn't have to worry about that sign everyday.

Our room was clean and big but the King's Room had a slight smell. When it snowed, it appeared worst than what the road was like according to the parking lot. I felt snowed in but the main roads were clear.

Very clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were open!! Great breakfast!!

I've been called hard to please, but this stay proves it's not impossible. The place is very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The Christmas decorations were delightful. The bed was quite comfortable. All the staff that we encountered were polite and friendly. The pool and in room jacuzzi were very enjoyable. The included breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. Would happily stay here again!

It's a bit off the beaten path, not much close by (there is a Starbucks across the road) but I personally enjoyed the location. It's only about a 10 minute drive into the heart of Ogden.

I love the main lobby, it was so pretty. The front staff member was very friendly and made check in fast and efficient. Breakfast was very good, especially the Krispy bacon:). The staff made sure nothing ran out.

I know this is odd, but I hate that the fan in the bathroom turns on with the light. It makes the bathroom cold when you shower or take a bath. You can't change it, but I don't know who the idiot was that thought that idea up. Lol!

I stayed here to snowboard at Snowbasin. I chose the hotel because it is the closest place to stay, and the drive to the resort and back each day was straightforward and quick. The room was comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful and uncrowded each time I used it, and the breakfast was top-notch.

The hotel is located right at a busy interchange between US 89 and I-84. While this is very convenient for coming and going, you will most likely need to drive to go get dinner. There are many places within a mile or two drive, and downtown is about fifteen minutes away, but the only walking option is a Burger King, and there's not even a crosswalk to get you across the 6-lane US 89. Also, the surroundings are a mix of commercial/residential/light industrial, so although it is right at the base of the mountains, don't expect breathtaking views.

The breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. There was also instant oatmeal, pleanty of coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There was a choice to make your own waffles as well there being english muffins, bagels and bread to toast. The breakfast staff did an excellent job with keeping the food filled up and the room clean.

That my room did not get cleaned. I had the do not disturb sign for part of the time but there was a large part of the day that my room was available to be cleaned but was not. I had to ask for extra towels at the end of the second day. I took out my own garbage.

This was just the best hotel. We were traveling for three weeks. Wish all of them could have been this awesome. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean. Everything a hotel should be. And during this time of covid, most places have a bag with fruit and granola bars in it, a grab and go, but here they made a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, french toast and a muffin all in a container kept warm. It was the BEST grab and go. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. It was high quality all the way.

Dan greets you at the front desk with a warm welcome. Our room was fresh smelling (non bleachy) and immaculately clean. Breakfast was fabulous, (love, love, love the yogurt machine!) and the room was comfy (awesome pillows) and hotel in general is a pleasant home away from home.

Not the property’s fault, but we had some rude neighbors next door arguing and discussing loudly between 12-2:00 am

Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Shower was wonderful after a long drive. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. A wheelchair was offered for my elderly mother. That was greatly appreciated. Easy to get off and on highway. Nice selection for breakfast.

Towels were rough. And the bath towels need to be bigger. I didn’t see any restaurants around. Good thing we didn’t want to go anywhere for dinner.
