we didn’t understand breakfast was until 9am. generally even if it’s ended, all places we’ve stayed let the people finish quietly and if someone is late at least can take their breakfast. here they simply throw away all the people at 9:00 and denied us even take coffee or a sip of orange juice, as we arrived at 9:02 and thought this hotel was like all of the previous ones serving breakfast until 9:30 or 10:00. stressful almost insulting when the cleaning lady refused all compromise. language may be an issue, I wish they understand that and be normal. who sends away all customers at 9:00? even a father with a baby and bottle couldn’t take hot water, she simply replied “too late” in front of us … was 9:04….

It's convenient on 191 and more quiet than staying in Moab. Pet friendly room on lower level. Nice dog walking area.

Pet friendly rooms had double queen beds only. Really should have full mattress protection (we always check for bedbugs). A slight upgrade in shampoo/soap products would make the place feel more high end. The area doesn't have food options, better eat in Moab if you're passing through.

I am gluten free and almost all the breakfast item were bread, bagels, pancakes, etc. they did serve cold hard boiled eggs. I was hoping for some nice hot scrambled eggs and some fruit. But I realize that would be going above snd beyond. Even some hot oatmeal would have been good too. I loved the pool and hot tub!! The snacks in the lobby were convenient.

Bed was a little hard. But the room was very comfortable.

The receptionist was understanding and happily gave us a room with mountain views. We absolutely loved it as we could see deers at dusk roaming around in the field next door. The pool is humongous and most welcomed after a day's hike around in the Needles. Breakfast was good with a pancake machine!

We were disappointed because although breakfast was served until 9am, the lady charge refused to add more pancake dough at 8:30 am. This should not have been an issue.

The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Hotel staff were all very friendly. And the view out of window of the mountains was gorgeous!

The door had quite a large gap between the frame and the latch. I was told that the exterior doors are not locked at all so although it's a small town, it felt a little insecure knowing anyone could access the property at any time.

Arrived Christmas day. The gentlemen that checked us in was super friendly and inviting! Smooth check-in, clean room, comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were amazing and so relaxing!!

Got a 1st room floor which I originally thought was great and more convenient. However next time I will be asking for a 2nd floor room. The people above us were running around and slamming stuff around starting at 3am until 7am when we left for an adventure, so we didn't quite get a good nights rest! Def not the hotels fault by any means, we are now just more aware fpr next time!

The room was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and the staff thoroughly cleaned the tables in between patrons. The staff there was so helpful and accommodating. Great job!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about this property. It was located conveniently at the north end of town. Our room had a beautiful view toward the mountains on the west. Very nice. Thanks for a great stay!

The bed was perfect. Loved the bed!!! There were so many electrical outlets which was fabulous. I like how the lamps in the rooms have extra plug ins plus ports to plug in all of today's electronics. The bathroom was clean and the towels fresh. The rooms here have always been nice. Did walk through the breakfast area and given the times they do a marvelous job but I didn't partake of anything - the presentation and selection seemed good.

Just a note - the sink in my room is really starting to show its age.

We chose this hotel in Monticello vs a hotel in Moab strictly based on cost. Hotels in Moab were 3x as expensive as the hotels in Green River and Monticello. If you need a good nights sleep (and a few more dollars in your wallet) staying in one of these other small towns is what I would recommend. The owner/manager checked us in and was very friendly and helpful - directing us to a sunset drive through the woods and mountains and to Newspaper Rock a local petroglyph. The hot breakfast in the morning had 2 kinds of breakfast burritos as well as other cold sack breakfast foods - cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.

I can't think of anything. The staff was great, the room was nice, the breakfast was nice.
