Holiday Inn Express & Suites Logan, an IHG Hotel

The staff was the best. Over the last forty years I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They were quick to greet and say hello. Checking in and out was flawless. The pool was a good temperature and so was the hot tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I felt the price was a little high but hotels were in demand that weekend. I was there for a baseball tournament and USU has a home game so it was packed. The towels are so rough, it hurt to dry off with them.

Good breakfast. Nice clean and relatively new facility. Great staff, they seemed to be really on top of everything.

For a newer facility we were really surprised with the amount of noise transmission there was. We could hear the TV in the next room, people walking across the floor in the room above us, and the best part was that it sounded like the bathroom was flooding every time someone flushed the toilet in the room above us. But not to worry, if you run the AC/Heater it's plenty loud enough to drown out the other noises. That thing was like a jet flying over head every time it turned on.

Breakfast was very good and the room felt extra spacious because of the tall ceiling(our room was on the top floor). Plenty parking and friendly staff at the front desk. Little sink and microwave in the room were very handy. Small local grocery store and $4.00 movie theater next to the hotel. A couple of restaurants(Hawaiian and Asian)within short walking distance and many good restaurants within 10 minute drive.

Location of the hotel was on the north side of the Logan, not centrally located.

I loved this town and it's setting. the hotel had ample parking and hotel room space. The sink, microwave, fridge and table space was really nice. The bathroom and furnishings were nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. My husband liked the breakfast.

Price for the Lotoja weekend was out of control. What a rip off! My room had no view because the window was covered by the sign.

Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, very clean.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The chair in the room while I thought it was comfy the cushion was all torn up and needed a new cover. The room was dark and even when you turn on all the lamps it never was very bright. The shower screamed a high pitch after the water was on for a minute.

This hotel is fairly new and in great condition. It is away from downtown so it was quiet. Restaurants were close by and the Fairgrounds were only 12 minutes away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with good options. The king size bed was a true king and very comfortable!

Room was clean and it was nice having a sink, refrig, microwave and coffee maker. Good room to spread out and seating areas. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good and a step up from the other 3 hotels we stayed in during the course of our vacation.

**Important** Be sure to bring your own USB power plugs. There were no USB plugs in our room but quite a few electric outlets.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the location. All our needs were met, we’re so happy we chose to stay at this Holiday Inn! The roll-in shower was perfect, no step or tub to trip over, and the fold down bench useful.

From an ADA perspective, the room and bathroom doors were a tad difficult to navigate with a walker. Room door spring was too tight and hard to push while wheeling a walker, and the bathroom door opened at an odd angle into the room which made navigation with a walker difficult. Wheelchairs would presumably experience these same issues.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and had what we needed. They were very attentive to all our requests. This is my new "go to" hotel when traveling to see family in Logan.

The bed was super comfortable as always with Holiday Inn Express. The shower head and pressure were amazing! We did not eat breakfast here, but it smelled good.

There was a very sticky spot next to the bed that the maid missed.
