The Riverside Ranch Motel and RV Park

The staff were so helpful and nice. The area is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms had all of the essentials (no TV). The bed was very comfortable and there was wifi on the property. The breakfast was a nice touch in a cute cabin with a community table.

I didn't realize there was such a wide variation in rooms. There was a tiny cabin that looked cute and some 1 story connected cabins with more furniture. We had a room above us and could hear lots of footsteps and coughing. I would have paid more to stay in the other rooms had I realized the choices. Would be nice to have a bit higher quality toiletries. There were some bugs/webs in the ceiling corners.

We loved Doug the manager!!! We needed an extra room at the last minute and he accommodated us. He put out a great breakfast and told us some wonderful stories. The room was clean with just enough amenities - plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, ports for charging electronics. The coffee maker didn't have a pot, so I put a cup underneath. Doug made fresh coffee every morning anyway! There's no TV, but I was just as glad because with a beautiful view and a fireplace, who needs a TV??? I would go back to Riverside Ranch in a heartbeat!

A very small thing - the faucet in the bathroom sink and the shower head (in the Outlaw room) both pointed at a weird angle and are not adjustable.

We loved our stay here! The property itself was huge and very beautiful with a stream running through it behind the motel and by the camp ground area. (We stayed in the motel) There was free breakfast in the morning and it truly felt like we were at home in the common room! The lady that runs the ranch was SO nice and was very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas. We would recommend this location to all of our family and friends. It was very peaceful and stress-free. We stayed here after a full day at Bryce Canyon to bring us closer to our next location which was Zion National Park! 100000000/10 rating!

Clean rooms, beautiful view and friendly/helpful staff!

So for me having a TV would have been beneficial I was traveling solo. Also, the air conditioning unit is up very high near the ceiling. I like to run the air conditioning units "fan only" option without blowing any cold air because the sound drowns out background noise and allows me to sleep better. I did not have that option because of where it was placed. I was able to hear the people downstairs just having general conversation.

Clean and well appointed rooms, very friendly service, parking and complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay. The communal facilities are excellent to enjoy the surrounding landscape and the clear, starry nights. The restaurant next door has a lovely menu allowing you to stay close to base without needing to drive somewhere to eat. It's also an ideal base to explore Zion and Bryce Canyon National Park.

Room was clean, shower was warm and the beds very comfortable. It was great to have both a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room because we brought a cooler with some snacks for the following day's solar eclipse. Owner was also very sweet and checking in/out was a breeze.

The only downside were the pillows which I didn't find very comfortable (filled with foam chuncks) however I brought my own so this was not a real issue.

The breakfast was very good and we saw humming birds outside. The host was very nice and we got great recommendations and conversations. The view from our room was amazing. The room was big, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Also the porch with the bench was great and we had good talks with our neighbors. We had a perfect "American" experience during our stay.

the welcome we had from the lovely lady in the office and her dog Ty was wonderful. they definitely make this place by offering a warm welcome and making you feel comfortable.

The rooms were basic and I couldn’t make the coffee machine work - probably me - but as long as this is what you expect it will meet expectations. we were just staying one night didn’t have food with us … but we drove to Panguitch which was cute and offered good food. In the summer I imagine the fire pit is ace … snow prevented us from enjoying it.

The location, the view ans the staff! I had a pretty, clean and comfortable room facing the mountains and it was amazing! Breakfast was included, at the office, on a large table with everybody else. Really charming!

Nothing for me but I can imagine it is another experience if you are facing the road, a little bit noisier as well I suppose.

Spectacular views, convenient location between Zion and Bryce, very helpful service, complimentary breakfasts. Rooms are rather smaller but very neat. Microwave and fridge are handy, as well as a little external porch extending the space inside.

Beds (in the Buffalo room) are very noisy and thus not very comfortable for light sleepers. Otherwise, all perfect.
