La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Victoria

This was a peaceful place to base my first full week vacation in several years. My 17 yr. old Son summed it up best. This is going to have to be our home away from home from now on. Our week was a time of rest and restoration. The convenience of restaurants, shopping and entertainment is phenomenal. Oh and our little four pawed wagging tail family member was very welcome, quite content and at home as well. She was grateful that Pet Smart was in her back yard. She came out like a bandit on vacation with a new collar and name tag. The puppy pads she got there helped her do her part for housekeeping. Thank you for providing us all with a welcoming like family. I really liked the easy comfort and true family care we received. We needed a quiet private place of rest and we found it here on my single mom's budget. My gratitude to all the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, and the grounds and pool keeper. You are all a pristine amazing working machine. Thank you!

There was nothing I could find fault with.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The pool area and water were clean and a good size to swim/play in. "Grab and Go" breakfast was nice and easily accessible. Excellent Location—quiet, peaceful, and safe place to stay with a family.

The room felt a little humid and therefore had a slight smell, we opened the door and let it air out for a bit then it was much better.

Well I can’t say anything because there’s times that I don’t need practice so that was one of my mornings

Well when I got charge for the room I booked it online so it was supposed to be 79 and change with tax when I look at my account they had charge me $179 invent another $100 for I don’t know what so I went back the second day because I had called my bank and they said I had to talk to the people at the motel so the lady didn’t know why I was charge that much so she went ahead and gave me back to my account $100 but they still oatmeal $34 for the overdraft but she said they couldn’t pay me and the bank wouldn’t put it back either so I ended up paying more for the room that’s when I have things I didn’t like

The pool was refreshing the staff was pretty friendly the room was clean

The room had a slight sour smell but it wasn't anything that a little frebreez couldn't fix and the only light in the room was one bedside light on the fast side of the bed. The other bedside light didnt work and there wasn't a main overhead light

Room very nice, staff nice. Breakfast nice

Due to remodeling, room was on side by road, street noise very loud. Ants in bathroom. Parking lot needs repairs.

Ruthann was amazing night clerk who went above and beyond to help us. It was a great stay as usual.

Had to pay for my dogs to stay with me and at the other LA Quinta's I normally don't have to pay extra.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast the staff was really great getting what we needed for a room like towels , etc

I would say my bed when you were laying in it you can actually hear and kind of feel the springs in the bed very uncomfortable

We tried to purchase bottled water at the lobby and it was cash only! Boo! They'd should have like a five dollar minimum and let us use a card

Updated. Very clean. Good location.

I had to get up several times during the the night to turn the ax up and down because we only had a sheet and thin cover - no blankets even when requested. Otherwise I would have rated this a 10. We also had trouble getting the shower turned off.

That although it’s so close to a busy street it was peaceful staff was so sweet and helpful
