La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Houston Spring South

It’s a nice hotel and the staff are great! Everything looked clean inside and out. I was in a king suite and it was very comfortable. The AC worked great. There were a lot of restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There were even 3 massage businesses within walking distance. One being a foot massage. There were 4 floors and I didn’t really hear too many doors slamming.

Getting to and leaving the hotel was a little inconvenient because it was on a one way service road next to interstate 45

The staff here is AMAZING! ANDY is top notch. My family and I had gotten to the hotel in the wee hours of the morning and we had an issue with our reservation. At this point we were so tired I was beyond frustrated and just ready for a hot shower and and a comfortable bed. Andy was awesome he took care of us made sure the reservation was correct he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience! We were do impressed with him that we extended our stay 2 more days. We really enjoy staying here and it will be where we stay from now on. 😁

The only small issue was they didn't have any cars available 😕.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great. The breakfast was good.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. The bath tub creaked every time you moved while showering. There was a noise you could hear from the bathroom. I'm not sure what it was coming from. It sounded like water running or something like that. The bathroom was very hot! The hallway was also hot. The thermostat was set at 78 in the hall.

Good breakfast ( egg , sausage, waffles, bread , fruit , milk , juice , cereal) , and attentive personal there , the room with the KS bed was really big , shower was great , bed was comfortable, good location , safe and good illumination at the parking lot , clean and other guests were families too.

They never answered my messages before arriving , check in was a bit difficult , receptionist had trouble finding the second room , towels were extra small and used , but we asked for more ant we got them , our neighbor’s upstairs were really noisy , desk and couch looked a little worn too.

Location was perfect to where we needed to be for my sisters wedding. Loved that we were able to bring our furbaby as well. The staff was extremely friendly and checking in was seemless. Will stay again for sure !!!

Breakfast could have had more variety. There weren't many protein choices. No eggs or low fat milk, etc. I particularly don't eat sausage, potatoes....essentially very high carb food's. It was fine though. I prepared with items from home in the mini-fridge in our room. Upside is there was fresh fruit of bananas and apples.

I liked how you can control the air conditioning. It’s very peaceful . And my favorite part was the boba shop around the corner ! Everything expected my expectations. Me and my family left a note I don’t know if y’all saw it.

I think the white sheets need a little bit more cleaning. The ones in my room had a few stains that looked like makeup stains . Something that also needs work on is having more parking spaces because whenever we got back to our room after dark their wasn’t any until we saw one by the sign

the property and location was great, it was clean, staff was good

the key got handed to me wrapped in a post it note with the room number so it was a little weird, walls are so thin I got woken up several times by vehicles outside or people talking, showering etc, pillows were flat, towels were a little wore down and not the best but I’m knit picking because it was a good stay overall.

The receptionist was so sweet and patient with the glitches we were having. I’d comeback because of how professional she handled all the check-ins especially with mine that kept kicking back with the payment.

A few of the guests were disruptive however the overnight receptionist handled it very well.

Everything, I book here every time.

I’ve never had an issue with a second charge on my card after the original payment was made until this particular stay. I’m not sure if it’s something new their doing, but it would be nice to get a heads up that it’s happening be $300+ being in limbo until it falls off of my banking account within the next few days.

Location was great. Our family enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. Beds were very comfortable as well.

After initial use had difficulty with all 3 of our keycards. Hard to gain entry. Took multiple taps and some never worked. Bathroom was very clean but did take a bit for the hot water in shower.
