Comfort Inn & Suites San Marcos

Comfortable bed, big shower hot water great water pressure, cold AC, friendly staff… I didn’t catch her name but the morning clerk was a busy little bee keeping the breakfast bar stocked and clean between guest…place had some minor cosmetic damages to the walls and stuff but over all it was a nice stay after being on the San Marcos River for 3 days we came into the city for back to school shopping at some of the outlets

The side doors don’t open from the outside there is a smoking area out that door if you go outside you have to walk all the way around to the front to get back in although we don’t smoke we parked over there to make hauling in all our luggage and stuff needed for the baby easier and couldn’t get in the building was pretty inconvenient

I liked how Vanessa or Veronica took care of a very exhausted and hungry person! After a very long day, week, month, year! Lol Thank you 😊 The hearing impaired room was a very generous touch, she knew I was having a difficult time hearing her. And without asking, she just listened to my needs and Accommodated me. Scatter brain me, forgot to drop off the keys. When I left. Thank you Comfort Inn in San Marcos! Location was right off the HWY, clean, the bed was comfortable. The coffee in the room was good. And I was able to have an amazingly restful sleep considering the health difficulties. Had I had my suit, I could have enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool!!

The hotel was clean. The bed was super comfortable!

There was no one at the front desk. My husband rang the bell and had to go find someone in the back. They did not have a regular attendant at the front desk the whole time we were there.

I like the fan in the room. That way I could turn off the AC and just use the fan so I didn't have to hear the AC going on and off.

The TV was not what I was used to, but I really didn't expect it to be. There was a storm in the area and I could not locate the local weather channel to see the forecast.

Cold breakfast due to COVID, Room was very beautiful king size bed very comfortable and the room was very clean. Like the amenities of refrigerator and microwave iron hairdryer. View was beautiful, secluded area not too much traffic, easy access to highway and local shops and restaurants. Outlets just a turn around away. Very good location.

Floors were dirty in hall way to elevator, trash cans were overfilled with trash, breakfast area tables were dirty and breakfast area to serve needed some attention.

The staff was superfriendly and accommodating.. Especially VAL... The room was clean breakfast was great... We enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were kind of too soft for me but that's neither here nor there...

The room was good. The price was what we expected to pay for the type of room/hotel. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Some staff were kinda rude.

convenient to wherever I needed to go. staff was very friendly, especially Rosie. she was there to answer questions that I had not concerning the hotel, very friendly and helpful in every way! Thank you for all you did for us during our stay!

The young lady at the front desk was warm and always had a smile for us.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we didn’t have an ice machine on our floor.

Everything! the hotel was very clean, staff was so kind and friendly, the beds were so soft, the ac was super cold just how we love it. over all the stay with amazing!

it was hard getting a parking space.
