Staybridge Suites San Antonio Airport, an IHG Hotel

I loved the location because almost everything was near by or if not it was a very quick drive. We loved the pool and the facilities especially the king suite, it was as if we had our own studio apartment.

As amazing as the room, facilities and hotel were, my only gripe would be that house keeping doesn't vacuum until you're about to check out and not once refilled the toilet paper, there were multiple instances where I had to go down to the front desk in the middle of the night to get some. And as you might guess going late at night it's hard to even find someone available at the front desk. Also, the elevators seem to be out of code and malfunction some times.

Breakfast was good, the potatoes one day were meh, but the sausage was far better than the average hotel breakfast sausage I've had. The location is fantastic, easy access to Walmart or grocery stores and the freeway. Ac worked well, and my room felt spacious. Even though I didn't really use it, the actual kitchen was pretty cool. Mine even had a cutting board and a knife, pots and pans, etc. If I was doin an extended stay, this would definitely be my go-to.

The door to the bathroom is too close to the toilet. I kinda had to straddle the toilet to shut the door.

The breakfast and happy hour was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly.

Due to renovations, the business center was closed. I really looked forward to using it because I needed to complete some work, so that was an inconvenience. The pool was very dirty for a number of days. It eventually was cleaned. Also, the hot tub did not work for our entire stay.

.Comfortable. My kids like the pool. Jacuzzi jets were not working and there was never any pool towels but pool was clean and relaxing.

.Parking. Every night we would have to park in Salt grass parking lot. Men doing renovation took up alot of parking spots and drinking beer all day in parking lot. Ppl not handicap parking in handicap parking spots. Which did affect us.

My stay was awesome, even with the renovations going on; by far one of the cleanest, friendliest, most accommodating, fairly priced, and nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. They accommodated my room request. Very nice pool and hot tub on the rooftop. Extremely nice rooms, with a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom, and separated bedroom. Everything is updated which was very pleasant to see. Awesome complimentary drinks Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with a nice breakfast and dining area. I will certainly be staying here any time I come through San Antonio in the future. Well done and thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed the spacious suite. We has the 2 bedroom 1king 2 queen. The breakfast bar was pretty good also. Enough variety to choose from and different entrées offered each day. The beds were comfy and the staff was also very sweet and accomodating.

The day we were checking out the elevator was not working so it was a minor inconvenience but other than that it was great!

No 'shower gel' in the pump dispenser in the shower. Hard to ask for more with it's late at night and you are wet in the shower.

It is a very nice property, for the price I didn´t expected it to be as good as it was. We really enjoyed our stay ( we had two rooms) and we saw that it is going remodelations and the rooms in the lower floors are really great.

The food, although it was stated and the idea is you can cook for yourself, the things they have for the microwave are not nutritious at all (we arrived when the restaurants where closed). But do not let this deter you, it was a great stay and they have two restaurants at walking distance.

My stay was short but sweet. The room was clean the pool was great and the breakfast was one of the best Hotel breakfast I’ve had. I will definitely stay here again!

Getting extra towels was not as easy had to wait for some to be cleaned. The rear elevator was kind of slow.
