I loved our room with a seperate toliet from the shower area. I love that it had a bath tub and a nice breakfast every morning.

I called for service and they came later when I had to do a zoom call they didn’t come back till the next day but still didn’t vacuum some powdered cereal that spilled on rug. also, first night I asked for a new coffee maker that seemed to be missing a part. it was never addressed. couldn’t get anyone on guest service line. finally I saw a cleaner across the way and he exchanged the pot for me. the new pods don’t fit the machine I had. that was the problem.

Because I was a diamond member he said we could have two drinks--coke or water. If that weren't pathetic enough I said coke and he said they were out of coke so I said water. If that isn't disgusting enough, when he went to get my two water bottles out of the cooler, I could see lots of cokes in bottles. I think what he was out of must have been cans. I was floored. Wow, being a diamond member certainly does have the perks. And I had to wait for this astounding service. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and we arrived at 3:10. Check in is at 3:00 or after. We were third in line and no one had been helped. After all of this was over, we wanted very much to leave but didn't have reservations anywhere else.

I thought the breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon waffles. The kids enjoyed the pool. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Easy enough access to several restaurants.

The beds were hard. The air conditioner wouldn't regulate. The bathrooms have glass doors, so the light blinds everyone at night when you have to go to the bathroom.

Very fast check-in. Big room, very comfortable, loved the separate bowl / shower bathroom. Bed extremely comfortable. Chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, absolutely zero issues with it. Seen some reviews complaining about the hotel being difficult to get to, which is not true unless you are not paying attention to the directions provided.

Cost seemed high but stands to reason being a weekend room in a highly sought after location.

Some guests were too loud and kept running around. We were on 2nd floor and the other guests were just above us and they were running and jumping keeping us awake after a tiring day at theme park. Closure of the road making difficult to leave or enter property.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly.

My room was on the 1st floor facing the I-10 which was not a huge deal but the darkening curtains do not extend over the whole window leaving the Aaron’s sign shining right into the room. The beds faced perfectly so the light was in my face every time I rolled over.

Breakfast area was awesome 👍😊..location was excellent. And customer service are fast and courteous and friendly.

What I didn't like that I was in the 2nd floor.kept hearing kids jumping on the 3rd floor right above me....Also next too the hotel there was construction going on..They started at 8am..with alot of noise you can hear it until there quiting time.

From the entrance smiling staff everyday and or ever time we had breakfast leaving or returning back to the room made us feel welcome everytime. THANK YOU!!

There wasn't nothing we didn't like but maybe one thing, you might get this everytime but the Pillows maybe get some that are more firm, other then that nothing we did not like.

The rooms were a good size, slept well. Requested room service a night before for the following morning. Came back to a neatly clean room.

There were a few stains (food I presume) in the carpet floor. Rooms were a bit stuffy even while sleeping next to the a/c. No hot meals were provided during breakfast (only ate there one morning). Waffle machine wasn’t working. Everything else was good.

The hotel had a very friendly staff. The hotel was kept clean during our stay and no other issues arise.

Unfortunately, after we checked in and went to our room, we noticed there was ash in the sofa. The room smelled like someone had just smoked in the room. I immediately went to voice my concern with the front clerk about the non-smoking room I had booked. The clerk assured me the room was a non smoking room. She immediately apologized and got us another room, but unfortunately it was not what we had initially booked.
