Very nice and clean
The only thing was when we were leaving around 12:30 on Sunday the lady mopping by the elevators in the back was very rude. When the doors opened she kept mopping not letting us get off and then gave us a look when we forced our way through.

Advertisement was misleading about free breakfast then charged. Staff told me it would be removed, but was charged anyway. Had to speak to management. Told it would be refunded after speaking to them.

Our room was near the elevator so everytime it pinged and the doors opened you could hear it!

Wooden bed structure makes too much noise. We can also heard similar noise from other beds upstairs. Noise woke us up during the night. The hotel must correct this critical issue!

The staff was very friendly
The parking was a distance from the front door, allot of loud people and doors slamming. The cold breakfast was awful and no fresh fruit. I'll be looking elsewhere on my next trip back due to the fact that i could have gotten a room just as good at Comfort Inn or Motel 6
