La Quinta by Wyndham Houston New Caney

Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great, but better than many. It was quiet. Pet friendly. Easy and quick access to go in and out with my pet. We weren't charged a deposit or extra fees pet night for our pets, unlike the last hotel we stayed at and will never return which was booked and reviewed on here.

It's Texas. If you serve eggs, bacon and biscuits...serve gravy. We like gravy with our biscuits. Eggs were over microwaved. Sausage wasn't cooked quite enough and cold. Other than that hotel was great and we will stay there again anytime we have to come to town.

I love it when breakfast is served hot. Mattress is firm, room is clean and spacious. It was a bonus that I got a room on the 3rd level which is far away from all the noise. Hotel is centrally located, 15-20 mins from IAH and close to the facility that I was visiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back for future visits.

Juices are good, but I personally prefer a bottled water to go after breakfast.

The availability of good coffee int the lobby round the clock was a major plus. In all of my travels this is a rare offering and will certainly factor into my choices when returning to Houston.

The ambience was a little bland and utilitarian but the staff were friendly, for the most part, and the coffee made it quite comfortable.

The room was very, spacious and comfortable really great

The hotel is non smoking but the Marijuana smell in the hallways was terrible. I don't know what can be done about it but it was bad. Inside the room was not effected

the access from the main road is a little confusing at first

The bed was comfortable. The gym is nice. The service was very good. The front desk clerk is very friendly and helpful compared to the guy that waited on us the last time we were here...he sent us next door to Best Western because he was too busy. The lady was much nicer and helpful.

The side chair by the window is very dirty, there was candy wrappers and what appeared to be a chocolate smudge on the arms of the chair. I got most of it off with a wet rag. We just decided not to use the chair. Everything else was good.

The staff was very nice and friendly.

The elevator broke, and we had to carry all of our baggage down the stairs. The staff was very nice and apologetic about it.

Great room. They got me on the top floor as requested. The front staff is very friendly.

If you want to get a soda or a snack make sure you bring cash. If you use a card you have to spend $5.00 before tax. Breakfast was okay.

road noise was very loud , hallways needed painting and carpets, needing to be replaced they were kind of old. Could Use a facelift

We stay here every time we are in New Caney. Easy accessory the highway, always clean rooms, comfortable beds and the hotel staff is always friendly.

Needs more parking. A couple of nights I had trouble finding parking due to (about 7) several semi trucks taking up 2 spots each
