Holiday Inn Express Marble Falls, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good and the multi-selection was excellent

The smell of the corridors has an old musty smell. It wasn't overwhelmingly pungent, just noticeable. The drive in was terrible, back roads and no lights. However, that has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff was great. The young lady that check me in was extremely polite. We got in late due to a fatal accident on the highway; but, she welcomed me with a smile. We went to the Bronco off-roading location it was really nice to have a hot breakfast before heading out. The customer service and the professionalism was amazing.

This is an older Express, not updated to the latest version, but it was fine for our needs. We were here as spring break was beginning in most of Texas so rates were astonishingly high. The area had just hosted some kind of high school tournament and the place had been full of teenagers, so the hotel was out of most snacks in the lobby, all sodas and waters in the vending machines, etc. Thankfully most had checked out so the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was nice to have back and it was well stocked and kept replenished as people came through. The staff was friendly and helpful overall a good stay and we'd go back.

Carpet in the guest room was getting frayed and coming up around the joints - not exactly carpet squares, more like planks. But overall we were very pleased with the accomodations.

Breakfast was good , when we went to our room , our remote wasn’t working properly. Manager came with another one and it didn’t work, she said she will give us a discount for the trouble but she didn’t. And we have to wait for a maintenance guy to get another remote.

You say breakfast is ready at 6 and it wasn’t. I know now days there are people Short staff but if you know people are staying at hotel and know they will have breakfast included with stay because it’s convenient before they gone about their day it should be ready. We had to wait that it would be ready at 6:00 then 6:30 no then 7:00 but by then I had to go to be where I needed to be and no breakfast

breakfast was great. Only problem we had with location the direction we were coming we passed the hotel. Could not see sign and once we realized we were going to far and turned around. we could see the sign. But hotel was great

Location good. Clean, comfortable beds.

Breakfast offering was average. Bananas were over ripe. Water dispenser was not marked, thus not easy for guest. had to ask attendant. Multiple guest were looking for water with their breakfast. Need water dispenser by the ice machine to fill water bottles.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good quality. Lastly, the location was great and central to many things.

Water was shut off during my stay effecting my ability to take a shower before my day started.

.Location is convenient for me. Attendant in breakfast area is superb. She is attentive and very helpful.

I never believe putting a $45 or $50 convenience fee on my credit card is necessary. Then getting it back at their convenience is an issue.

Large and comfortable room, especially the bed.Really good breakfast, but we did miss the delicious cinnamon rolls.

The air conditioner worked, it wasn't hot in the room but it didn't really didn't get cool until the next morning. The blow dryer didn't work.

We would definitely stay here again as the hotel was nice and very clean. Our room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The location was fine, as we just wanted somewhere in Marble Falls.

I was disappointed in the breakfast as they only had some donuts, boxed cereal, small oranges, turkey sausage and cheese omelets to pick from. However, this would NOT keep us from staying here again.
