The bed was very comfortable. Room spacious and exceptionally clean.

No shuttle on weekends. This notification came to me less than 24 hrs before my stay. Part of the entire reason I chose this hotel on Booking.com was b/c it stated shuttle was available. I would have chosen differently if this had been disclosed. I had to spend $28 to get to hotel late on a Saturday night from the airport. Hotel itself was exceptionally nice and met my needs I just wish the transport issue would have been disclosed earlier to me.

Free shuttle from the airport but it didn't run on the weekends.

Clean rooms comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.

I specifically booked this hotel for the airport shuttle, when we arrived in Dallas they told us they don’t run on weekends. Then we told them we would need a shuttle for the morning at 6:30. The night clerk told us that would be fine, however the morning clerk told us they only run on the hour. We spent way more than we wanted to get 4 miles from the airport and back

Room was spacious for the entire family. Two queen size bed, with a kitchenette. Shuttle service was awesome. Excellent communication between the hotel and I. The breakfast was a decent selection. Waffle machine was a hit with the kids. Small "store" with snacks that you can pay directly or charge to your room. Checkout was smooth.

Not enough places to sit while eating breaakfast.

My room was so spacious and had all the right perks; I only wish I'd had more time to spend there. I could easily have made some meals with the fridge, microwave, dishes provided. But with my flights coming & going, I only had about 12 hours stay. Too bad!

The location was convenient, in terms of being close to the airport, but I didn't have a car, so it wasn't a great location for wanting to walk to a market or take care of small errands between flights.

Easy Check in. Clean Room. Free breakfast was fine. There was a free airport shuttle.

There was no restaurant in the hotel to get a dinner. There was no shuttle to get us to a restaurant. We had to take an Uber to get to a Denny's 1/2 mile away at 9 pm. The airport shuttle only ran every hour. Felt pressured to get to our plane.

Don't look any further! This hotel is perfect for a stopover in Dallas or even if you are lucky enough to be able to stay a few days. Very clean and great amenities. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The transfer from the airport was perfect. Overall, it's an amazing value for money! Breakfast was excellent as well! No complaints here.

The room are nice and spacious, plenty of towels on hand. Kitchen was great. Staff is polite and very friendly, always helpful. The only problem was the way the charges were handled. Customers should be told how the charges are going to be processed with long stays. The staff was very informed once we were explained how the process works. Overall great place to stay.

This hotel is really traveler friendly. There are extra plugs and ports and counter space in the room as well as microwave and refrigerator. I was very impressed and will always look for this hotel when booking in the future.

I had to leave on the 5 o’clock shuttle. I would have liked to have had some sort of cold breakfast out before I got on the shuttle. Breakfast does not start until six but shuttle service starts at four.
