Room was clean comfortable , and quiet . Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly .Complimentary breakfast was good .would like to see bananas at breakfast . Very peaceful.place to stay .l Would like to see step by step operating instructions on equipment in fitness center , especially bike machine . Would like to come back in the future.

Lovely and clean property with super friendly staff. We arrived late at night and was greeted by friendly staff. Beds are large and comfortable. The room had a nice sized fridge with a microwave. The hot breakfast included was great with plenty of options. We enjoyed great conversation with other guest who were super friendly especially after finding out we were from Australia! Appreciated the mid day check out too! Whilst the gym was small it was functional for a work out.

Best breakfast we have ever had. Room was comfy. Most of the desk staff was helpful. Disappointed that the guests didn't pick up after themselves eating outside on patio, not fault of staff tho,

Pricey but we had to go to family events and we had the $$. Just much more tham we are used to paying, don't stay at BW that much.

We just needed a place to get out of the house for a day & de-stress. This was perfect. The beds were really squishy soft. I prefer harder but for a night it was a nice change. The pool was very small. 30x15 maybe. There was some limited outdoor seating. There was a grill. The hotel is in a good location with several restaurants within walking distance. We used booking.com to save about $40 on the regular walk-in room price. Strangely enough, as another review said, it was very quiet. There were no highway noises nor neighbors due to thin walls. As of the day we stayed, July 31, 2021, the breakfast was not COVID restricted. It was a full eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. setup & the breakfast lady seemed to take pride in keeping the food stocked & in good condition. In summery, good location, quite, & clean comfortable rooms.

Thing we noticed that may be an issue were the hotel was not in perfect condition but much better kept than most in this price range. The pool is a bit small, if you are looking for that, but the kids can play. The main thing was the key cards did not work so well. Of the 5 cards we had (2 room & 3 pool) only two worked. One room & one pool card. The working room key only worked sometimes on the keyed entrances (back & side doors) to the building. Check that the key cards are working before you get locked out.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

The handicap-accessible room we got was on the second floor. In the event of a fire, we would not have been able to use the elevator, and the stairs in a wheelchair would have been a challenge. The room itself was perfect.

We had driven 16 hours from Michigan by the time we arrived. Bad storms were in the area with tornadoes and hail, so it was time to be off the roads. I was beyond tired and irritable upon our arrival a bit after 10 p.m. Darrick at the front desk was very nice and had me out of the check-in fast. Breakfast was more than we thought it would be. Biscuit sandwich was a nice surprise. Overall great experience. One of the prettiest BW we have ever stayed at. We stayed at a La Quinta, for the first time(never again), last month in TN. Worst experience ever and this was a dramatic difference. Thank you.

Everything was great and the noon check-out is awesome.

Staff was polite & friendly.

No toilet paper holder. Needed to be able to open the blinds for light, but there was no privacy screen that allowed light to come in on a first floor room. Not enough tables/chairs in the breakfast area.

I loved the honeymoon suite. It was big and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the lady that cooked it was really nice as well.

Not really much that I didn't like. Maybe if they supplied bubbles for the jacuzzi would have been nice, but I brought some.

everything was fantastic.

everything was great, literally the only issue we had was after I used my card to open my room for the first time it wouldn’t work anymore so I had to go down to have them fix it. Other than that small issue everything was great.

The front desk lady was great but I didn't get her name. She was very accommodating! My bed was super comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. At first I was worried about the location but it was nice that it was secluded and away from the noisy highway.

The pool was a little murky but overall it was fine.
