The property is set up like a apartment with the pool and basketball court in the middle of all the building make them easily accessible for everyone. We enjoyed the breakfast provided and the room was wonderfully laid out for our small family to have plenty of room to move about and have their own space as well.

The only thing was I wasn’t aware that I would be paying to park my vehicle there. I suppose it was already calculated in the final total of the room charge but, it was still something I have not come across before.

Breakfast was awesome, huge choices best breakfast I have seen in a while. Two bedroom suite option with a living area is great for a family, this could be condo.

When I checked in, the night man told me there was a $5 a day fee for parking and a deposit for $150 for anything we bought. What the crap is this? I told him I booked thru booking.com and that was not in the price, but he said yes it is. I said whatever but as far as I can see I was not charged for this. That part really was a game killer for me, Besides in downtown no one charges for parking, or a deposit. Beds were a little stiff for me but pool, breakfast were great.

This is the best stay for the price I think that I’ve ever had! It was renovated in 2021 according to the front desk. The rooms were so spacious and they had great quality furnishings, not to mention immaculately clean. The kitchenette with all supplies you could need to cook was great. Countertops were granite and furniture was great quality, modern style, and the bed was sooo comfortable! I would love to stay here again. The pool looked great but I didn’t use it while there. The breakfast had a good variety as well.

we had a one bd room king. it was enough room for the 3 of us. Breakfast was good. different menu every day.

we stayed 5nights. after the third day could not get house keeping to come clean our room. ask several times. finally we went to the front desk and got our own sheets and had to clean ourselves the bed was uncomfortable after the first night. definitely need to invest in bedding. pillows was terrible. we we’re using our neck pillows to help us sleep. there was a gap in our door. where we was seeing the light from the hallway all night. did not feel comfortable seeing the outside

We were super impressed with the breakfast and staff. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, but they had very delicious pancakes and the chorizo was excellent! that is something you don't see in many continental breakfasts. Also, the staff were so helpful when my daughters got stuck out of the room and they opened the door and even waited for us to arrive to make sure they would be ok (our daughters are 14 and 20, they simply did not have to care side note my 20-year-old looks 13 lol)

The toilet has one poop stain and the area right outside the elevator smelled a bit like dog urine, which was understandable with the hotel being pet friendly. We still loved it and would stay here again! Our 8-year-old loved the pool (could be perfect had it been a heated pool, but that did not stop him from jumping in. He loved the basketball court; we spent an entire evening outdoor and had a great time.

large rooms, comfortable, free parking, free breakfast was nice to have, the pancake machine was fab! Clean.

The location is a bit out of the way, you have to drive everywhere, that’s ok though as the price reflects that, we had to compromise as the stockyards hotels were incredibly expensive during the week we were there. Just make sure you have a car. Very limited selection of channels on the tv.

I really enjoyed how beautiful the building is. I was exceptionally impressed at how knowledgeable and professional the Front Desk Night Management was. He definitely exceeded my expectations. Mr M. Williams was very attentive to everything I voiced. He gave me a sense of peace by merely being patient and listening

Room, breakfast, and location.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. He did not greet us until we said hello. He was on the computer but did not tell us what he was doing. We stood there for a bit waiting to see what he was doing. He finally said he was trying to get our rooms close to each other. He may need a little training on communication/customer service. It would be nice if breakfast was available a little bit longer.

Breakfast was good. Room was fantastic but bathroom was a bit cramped. There was no silverware in the kitchnette i.e. knives forks or spoons.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. They were too small and had too much give to them. Toilet paper was a bit rough.

The property is very well kept, nice and clean! The room was wonderful and the beds we comfortable! The location was great too away from the hustle and bustle and close to many different areas and attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Texas!
