The location was awesome and it in the middle of everything in a safe area

The bartender was very rude that night. After we came back to hotel after Texas Rangers game it was rough 10 pm the reception said they were still serving food until 11 pm. My husband & I dropped of things off & came back to bar at this time it was 10:08 pm & the bartender rudely made us aware her cook was gone home. The brochure on the bar stated it closes at 11 pm dinner. She rudely said again no & mumbled something else. My husband & I then got up & she walked behind us to fuss at the reception who looked confused. It was really unprofessional

The pool was clean and comfy while the hotel was quiet and close to everything. From the minute we walked in Monai was personable and sweet. All of her staff were nice and professional. Our 4 day 4 night stay in Dallas (from NY) was topped off by staying here!

The smell of the hotel floor (maybe the carpet) was foul. I’m not sure if 5 was just a smoking floor (which I asked for booking a smoking room) but I feel outside should have smelled better. The bathrooms were a bit small too. Lastly by the lake their are bugs on the balcony rooms.

The charge for basic breakfast was 16.99 and there was not any signs with pricing for it unless u asked. The waiter waited for u to fix ur plates and start eating before they tell you. There was 2 kids ( 5 -6yrs old) that came to get breakfast and the waiter said u need to go get ur parents to sign the check 1st, so they started walking back to there room and the waiter said well fix ur plates 1st then u can go tell them about the check.

Great location. The view from my room was Amazing! The staff responded quickly to any request or issue.

Didn't have any face towels or a microwave in my room. The staff took care of all that with no problem. The breakfast buffet did not have many choices , it should be called "a continental breakfast ".

the quietness of the neighborhood, My view of the water was wonderful!!

No microwave in the room… went out for dinner and returned with food but forgot that there was no microwave, so the food was thrown out. Would be great if they would provide one for each room

The size of the room was enormous we had more than enough space to move around in the room. Only wish my view of the the lake could have been better, trees blocked my view. But overall I’m definitely staying here again for my next visit.

The room we are in at first has water leaking from the ceiling to the toilet.when I asked the receptionist he told me at first that someone will check it in morning. I have to insist I am not staying in the room with water dripping on me while using the toilet.so they moved us to a different room but no balcony and I have to asked why I am paying the same amount and he said he will give me $10.00 off but during check out, the receptionist does not know about the BIG $10.00 discount so we are charged the same amount.he told me to call the manager myself if I wanted the discount. pool is closed, but maybe due to covid. Lobby always loud, looks like there is a tournament or something.

location & price

the bathtub was leaking a lot.. and also y’all advertise a lake view, but you can’t see the lake due to trees and the lower level absolutely has no view outside of trees.

The location was on a lake, and away from the highway which made for a quiet environment. The room was spacious and had plenty of light. Easy access to the highway and offered amazing views.

Staff was very polite and helpful, when they were available. A couple times they weren’t even at the front desk to help with minor needs. I was on the top floor (6th floor), I got off the elevator to the nauseous smell marijuana filling the hallway, it was gone the following day.

The bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like sewer upon arrival. We ran some water and it improved. However, after breakfast, the smell came back.
