1. there was a long black hair on the bathroom floor which I didn’t appreciate. 2. I got a notice that said the cost of my stay was gonna be $66.51 (see attached). but they charged me $68.01. it just upsets me a little when they charge more than what they said. 3. they advertised “Breakfast Included”. But there was only prepackaged muffin. what a farce. it’s like they advertise one thing but do something else. by the letter of the law - they’re not too far off. but those little things start adding up … enough to go somewhere else.

Property and room was clean and attendants were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to freeway and restaurants. Belongings were safe in my vehicle and monitored with 16 cameras. Mattress and bedding was comfortable and clean. Easy to see people take pride in the property and their jobs. I would stay here again and again.

I like to be able to park just outside the room. Breakfast was good. They had a neat automatic pancake maker. Seemed very efficient!
The computer program has just been updated. There was a bit of a hassle printing my receipt. But I did get it before checking out.

We have stayed at this property several times before covid. Breakfast is now disappointing! No Eggs, no bagels, no variety of fruit, no danish or pastry, other than very small bite size. Only a waffle maker, and toast! Weak for breakfast!

Someone in the parking lot took a 🔑 key and keyed our paint job all the way down one side, and around the back side of one of our vehicles. We called the police and pressed charges. They are supposed to give the police the video of the surveillance... but seriously! What kind of people do such a thing. Had to be someone else who was staying in the hotel.
