Everything there wasn't one thing that I could complain about this place is a diamond unfounded.

There was no one at the front to take calls from the room even when I called back after I checked out no one answered the phone. The reason for that was because they were taking great care of the guests🤩🤩🤩🤩 the food was great but the cook definitely need more assistance also I would have like to buy food at the hotel everyday that I was there instead going out to eat.

The facilities were nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was super friendly! the was a lady named Vero who works in the commons cafe; she was so sweet and gave us great service every morning.

The only breakfast options were pricey cafe items. I wish there was a door between the sink area and the room itself. I would put my toddler to bed at 7:30 and then would have to try to be really quiet and not turn on the light while getting ready for bed.

The entire hotel was constantly being cleaned which is a huge plus. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable for the night. Lobby is very nice and open to guests.

The view was horrible. We were placed in a room that was next to a loud generator. Beds were hard as a rock. HARDLY NO SLEEP. Some of the staff were friendly, but most acted as if they did not care for their guests. We requested a microwave and it had food residue stuck to the bottom. NOT CONVENIENT. there’s only one door that the entire hotel uses so it’s constant traffic in and out of one door. Not worth the cost. You can find way better for the price.

1. Security deposit has not been refunded despite my various reminders and requests. no reply to date. 2. The coffee shop is only open for breakfast.

Location is good, we caught uber where ever we went and is not far from anything. quick walk (2min) and there is a set of shops with several eating options etc.

stains over the walls in the bathroom were a little disconcerting. The breakfast bar was awful and very expensive. Be aware that even though my booking said they take cash, I was pointed to a note on site that said no cash, no contactless payments...That's another story though. !

Prices for breakfast was INSANE. Trying to find a parking spot was even worse

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely professional. There were no bed bugs nor roaches!!! That’s a big plus fir me. These the best rest I had in awhile. The staff was very friendly too. If I could change one thing it would be better parking, other than that my family had a great stay.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were like heaven. Even though we had a first floor room which I asked not to be on the first floor and wanted adjoining rooms which we didn’t get but were beside each other it was still pleasant. This hotel has balconies which is a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Request were not met but it does state if available in their defense.

The whole bedding situation was VERY comfortable! I also really liked the lounge chair better than a single chair like most hotels have. The location was very convenient to downtown and I found a really great coffee shop at the next exit.

I think the person next to me had a dog that sometimes barked. There was also a buzzing noise coming from somewhere. It was probably the AC unit or something, but it required me to put on some white noise to sleep. The smoke detector is also above the bed, so I had to use an eye mask to block out that light.

Pillows, Linens, cleanliness, furnishings, appliances. Everything was top quality and in good shape. Room was big. Shampoo was provided. It had everything one could want. I liked the outlets in every lamp and easy-to-find on/off switches on each one.

The room didn't have adjustable climate control, and even with all the lights (lamps) on, the room seemed dark. Minor details, which are built-in and can't be changed. The room was great.
