Best Western Plus Burleson Inn & Suites

The staff, for the most part, were very friendly and accommodating. One staff member made me feel most welcome, thank you Lessley The breakfast exceed expectations.

We enjoyed the pool most every day. The hot tub looked like it could be drained and given a good scrub down but I still used it 😀 On the days I asked the room to be made up the bed was made but the vacuum job seemed a little, rushed.

Room and the cleanliness of it. The cleaning crew was phenomenal. I love their conversation. I love how willingly they were able to help me in the room with my grandson they made that stay perfect. 

Pool was not too clean. The breakfast was disappointing

WAs very clean! Breakfast was pretty delicious and had a coffee machine where you selected what type of coffee you wanted! I got the mocha option! :) Staff was super nice!!

My pillows did have a funky smell to them though. I Febreezed them!

It was ordinary but you can’t be too picky if it is free!

The worst, and most important thing is the air conditioner cover was broken so it vibrated SO LOUD it was very difficult to sleep. The temp in Burleson was over 100 so there was no option but to have it running all night. This is a very important factor when deciding whether I would stay here again.

The breakfast was great and the location perfect for our needs. The employees we met were friendly and very helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor because we were traveling with a dog. I was not overly upset because of the location of our room and the time of year but on Friday night I found and killed a very large cockroach crawling up our wall.

The breakfast was a nice variety and very good. The room, bathroom and bedding were all fresh and clean. I enjoyed the citrus shampoo, it smelled great!

My only complaint was the lack of a night light for the bathroom. With the curtains closed, the room is very dark and difficult to navigate.

Loved the ease of checking in, getting settled into the room and the comfort! Breakfast had good options, the pool being indoor as an added bonus!

On the day of check out the elevators were out of order- that was REALLY hard for me since I was traveling alone with a small toddler and needed to get everything out of the room and to my car using only the stairs. If my mom and sister hadn't helped me it would have been an impossible task.

The lobby, hallways, and my room were all very clean. No weird or overpowering odors. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked that there was an ironing board and iron in the closet.

The mini fridge made a loud humming sound from time to time. Wish there were a better selection of coffee creamers and sweeteners and more of them in the room. I didn't notice an open dining area downstairs. It may have been closed due to COVID, but it would have been nice to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning.

it was quiet, comfy, and in a great location. rooms were large, bed was great, and staff was lovely.

the only thing I’d like to see is an area information flyer or pamphlet that lists restaurants and delivery service numbers, even churches and businesses. There was nothing like that, which was unusual for me.

The staff was great especially Linda who was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was typical but great, fresh and hot! Bed was comfortable!

Rugs need to but steam cleaned at least once of month to refrain the vacuum smell and whatever they use on the carpet that made it a bit sticky.
