Very clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and comfortable bed and very nice patio with a view of Blanco state park. It was very quiet and peaceful. Restaurant right next door had a wonderful Saturday brunch. I will definitely stay here again!

Need a loveseat to sit on and watch tv

The style was adorable! The decor was cute and current. The view with the river was beautiful and relaxing.

The tub was too big and hard to get in and out of. It would also be helpful to have another mirror in the main area to help another person to be able to get ready if someone else was using the restroom.

The Villa was quite large and the very quiet. The view and surrounding properties were absolutely beautiful!

My only complaint would be that there is no way to darken the room in order to sleep in. After a long soak in the tub and curling up in that comfy bed, the early morning sun came just a wee bit too early. 🙂

The overall vibe of the cottage and its location was more than I expected. It was comfortable and quiet.

The positioning when the sleeper sofa is pulled out made it challenging to get to the bathroom and the whirlpool tub appeared to be broke. Was looking forward to that, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Nice cottage with a large bed, couch, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Contactless check-in was easy to follow

WiFi was spotty. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no directions as to where to find the ice machine.

The patio was super spacious felt very homey, bed was very comfortable, the room was beautiful, the provided kitchen wear, the spa bathtub was awesome and loved the park being right around the corner will definitely stay again!

I think my only complaint is the advertisement of being right on the river, the river was a good distance from it you couldn't just like walk on the patio and the river be right there and the patio door was extremely hard to open.

Loved the abundance of towels and the fabulous bathtub with room for 2. So relaxing! The back patio and lounge area was a nice surprise. The bed was so comfy and we loved the robes. Cute coffee mugs.

The ironing board was broken. Everything else was great!

early morning light coming into room, hard to make it dark. would also like to have two mugs in the kitchenette. otherwise everything was great

The location was perfect overlooking Blanco Park and the river. It was close to town, grocery and restaurants. The king-size bed was awesome and the A/C worked great. It also had a jacuzzi tub, dehumidifier (it was full but I emptied it) and room air purifier.

The floor in the bathroom seemed dirty, I spilled some water emptying the dehumidifier reservoir and wiped the floor with a white towel around the toilet and let's just say the towel was no longer white!

I arrived at night and it’s hard to find. please give photos about how to find your way back into to parking area. and better actual lighting. without more info it’s hard to on site to find and sketchy seeming to drive in between a couple of shady trailers to get to parking.
