Hyatt Place-Dallas/Arlington

Location of my room. Breakfast was excellent

Lights were not working in the parking lot. It was very dark. About 10 lights did not come on. I mentioned it to staff. She acted unconcerned. Ignored me. It was very dark in the front. Also no security on property. Staff said police drive around. They don’t have a problem. Those lights need to be on. Someone is going to trip or fall. Also I felt uneasy leaving my car in the dark.

The staff were nice and I knew they would help if I needed anything. The location was great since it’s not too far from Globe Life Field. The room I stayed in was awesome and I have no complaints ! :D

The one thing that I didn’t like about the property was the elevator. It took a while because the elevator stops at every floor when going down so being at the 6th floor, the ride took some time.

There were about 8 of us families in town for a cheer competion that had to check out of a previous hotel due to some safety issues and we needed a cost efficient place to go on very short notice we looked online and found the Hyatt Place-Dallas/Arlington and called or booked online. The staff was soo helpful and accommodating letting us check-in early and went above and beyond! The rooms and property was FANTASTIC very clean and we felt very safe. We will be staying at this location every time we have to come to Dallas for sporting events as well as other Hyatt locations in other cities from now on!

Nothing EVERTHING was top notch!

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast had a great spread of fruits, bagels, toast, yogurt, granola, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, etc... So much for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. The shower has amazing water pressure with LOTS of water.

No microwave in the room. Elevators are a little slow.

Location! Easy access to everything! Very clean, spacious, modern, stocked with fresh linen, staff and crew were very friendly, breakfast was great.

The shower was nice, the breakfast was good, the tv swinging between the living area and the bed was cool. the bed was pretty comfortable

the TV package was poor I expected to be able to access a streaming app or have more than just basic cable. also there was no microwave I thought that was just silly.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, we are coming back in a few months to stay again. I had a list of the ladies who worked while our stay so I could name them all personally.... Everyone was so helpful and so very nice. Always willing to make our stay better. I loved being on the top floor and looking out the lights of Arlington were beautiful. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I have and will continue to come back to this hotel..

The location next to six flags over texas is incredible! I told my husband we are staying here again since we have season passes. I can't wait to stay again! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and professional for being so young. I love it. The kitchen staff was smiley, pleasant and professional.

Nothing; everything was outstanding

My granddaughter and I came to visit the Taylor Swift display at the Arlington Museum of Art. I wanted to be sure we stayed at a clean and reliable hotel. Hyatt Place-Dallas/Arlington was exactly what I wanted. Great room and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet. Very pleased with this hotel!

Staff was very friendly and met all our needs. They were kind and courteous - front desk and bar. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection and good food. Location to Ballpark was very good. Uber there then road the trolley back. Thumbs up.

NA. Could use a hot tub but that is extreme.
