Everything was fantastic. Our room was the best size for two children that area bit active and like to play. We were in the family suite and have been in this room before. Absolutely love it!

The only thing I didn't like was having to sign into the internet every day. It wasn't that horrific of a problem but it was a nuisance. Oh could you have bacon a little more often.

Housekeeping never came while we were there for two nights. One of our pillow cases had something obvious on it. The elevators are super slow. There was something on the floor by the elevator the entire time we were there that looked like pet urine.

HUGE, comfortable room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Flexible check-in.

There was a hair in the tub. Management confirmed the room had been cleaned, and it was probably left behind while the housekeeper cleaned. However, as I waited in line to checkout, the lady in front of me had extensive complaints about cleanliness.

Very large rooms. Quiet except doors of hotel but that's everywhere. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and the staff is amazing.

I didn't like the contractors they hired to build an awning over the pool that started playing music at 8am right outside my window. I called and was moved to another room on the top floor immediately and the music stopped.

Close to freeway with reasonable price to stay, and it is easy to go ball park, airport and so on. Front staff's work is very kind.

It was not related hotel's performance, but a (or some) motorcycle rider turned music very loudly even mid night.

My room was upgraded after a discussion I had with guess service about what I viewed online as compared to the room that I was originally assigned not being what I had expected. My stay was for seven days and I was looking for a room with a couch/ seating area. Therefore, I was very happy that the gentlemen at the front desk was willing an able to accommodate me at a reasonable rate.

COVID-19 has understandably changed the way house keeping conducts business, but its like you have to fend for yourself and frequently visit the front desk for a shortage of amenities.

This has been our spot for the last 4-years while our daughter attended UTA. It is less than 15 minutes from the school and the rooms are amazing!

Comfortable and centrally located.

There were alot of ANTS in the room. Woke up and saw alot of ants on the desk, also 3 tiles were loose in the bathroom they moved when you stepped on them.

The stay was good until the last night were the other guests were bumping and running up and down the halls all night!

There was a roach in my room that my husband killed and the guests next door were too loud. Even after calling the front desk the guests were still loud and I did not sleep well the last night of my stay!

The rooms were big and spacious, the bed was comfortable and well I can’t complain. I enjoyed my stay the breakfast was good, laundry and fitness, all I needed close to areas of shopping
