Extremely clean!!!! Danny was always so very helpful and always happy to help. I debated when getting my room ready on line at the last minute. Holiday inn or Hampton Inn….and chose Hampton bc cost was a little cheaper and I was so impressed (not east to impress me) Best complementary breakfast I’ve had in a while. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Pool was a little cloudy but with the heat pulling out chlorine faster than it can be put in it s difficult. I am a pool owner and u detar and the challenges. Also, would add another 1 or 2 washer/dryers and a coin machine to obtain quarters.

The location was good and room was mostly cleaned, microwave was missed. I lived the deepness of the rub and the breakfast selection was amazing!!! Totally passed my expectations for the breakfast!!!
I didn't like the $50 fee extra for leaving a clean room, yet the room had spots where others have marked the walls, and microwave was not fully cleaned. I also found small hair in the shower, I washed it away with the shower. But other than that it was worth the stay!!!

I reserved my room thru Booking.com for a King suite with a sofa bed. When we arrived we had a king suite with no sofa bed for the teenagers. Amanda the desk clerk showed us that booking.com changed our room preference. However, she accommodated us and placed us in the correct room. Booking.com you guys have to do better. This was not the first time this has happened too.

I loved the day staff. Veronica and the other young lady were truly professional, willing to help and had such positive attitudes!
The wifi login was a little tricky. I would suggest before going up to your room to connect to the wifi. That way if you have an trouble the staff can help.

The staff was exceptional. Professional yet friendly and kind. Everything was up to my expectations. My room was exceptionally clean, disinfected and comfortable. I felt safe. That is really important to me.
I will be HAPPY when Covid restrictions are lifted. The breakfast was all pre-packaged! The Hampton Inns have always been my favorite for a HOT breakfast. Breakfast will be better when that returns. (Not the hotel’s fault.)

I'm never a fan of the short breakfast hours but it's not anybody else's fault that we slept in a little later than usual.
