Hyatt House Dallas Addison

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were very welcoming from arrival to departure. I really need to remember staff names to shout them out especially when they make you feel like family. Breakfast was also good. In addition to the regular food spread, there's also a live station where you can get omelettes (or any special item) made on the spot. There's a bar on site in the lobby/breakfast area. If you like to sip and mingle this is the spot for you. They're quite generous with the liquor as well (HA HA!) If you're an aviation geek like myself you'll enjoy this because it's close to the Addison airport so there are light GA aircraft and business jets passing over often.

It is a good hotel and is well managed and is in a good location. I stayed for a long period and it was ideal for that duration. Breakfast, and room size were good and the space as so useful for 4 of us.

We initially were given a room that was quite old and looked unkept. So we complained and were given a much better room. So there is room for the management to do better with hotel management.

well manicured, the pool was amazing but the hot tub was working but had no heat. the front desk staff was super friendly and pleasant. the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will continue to stay here when I travel to the DFW area.

the hot tub worked but wasn’t heated. the basketball court was missing one hoop on a backboard so we couldn’t play full court like we normally do.

Our suite was wonderful. It felt like home since we had a kitchen and living room. Not stuck in just a room.

Our first suite was on the third floor and they moved us to the second floor which was better since three in our group were over 70. It was hard on them. I forgot to request a first floor suite and that an elevator wasn't on the property. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great location! We were staying prior to a surgery at a hospital that was only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Separate living area with the bedroom off to the side. There is a full kitchen with a full refrigerator.

The only downside was the doors to the units are outside. In this day and time, we feel safer having the rooms and doors on the inside where you have to go through the lobby to get to rooms.

I was traveling solo with two dogs. This property had an amazing grassy area that was very safe from the busy city. It was the best value, most spacious and comfortable, and the most accepting of my dogs of any of the 5 places I stayed on my road trip. Thank You Hyatt House!!

As with every hotel, the in room coffee is poor and there’s never any real cream available

The grounds were nicely kept. The room was large with a full kitchen. The breakfast was good, other than the coffee.

The carpet was stained, the room had a bad odor, the front door handle stuck, the outlet at the vanity didn’t work and the shower pressure was very low. And there is no elevator to carry luggage upstairs.

The location of the hotel is amazing. it’s close to many areas such as dallas and plano. I left today and i already miss the area so much. definitely will rebook next time.

rooms were clean however i wish they were more cleaner

Well kept and managed grounds and suites. Not far from LBJ freeway and my destination.

There was a floor transition of tile to commercial carpet in the breakfast or dining room that was a bit high in design. This incidentally caused my wife’s step to pitch and broke her foot.

Made to order omelets were great, courteous staff, clean and spacious room, the only down side was broken bathroom door(it wouldn't close shut) that never got fixed during our 2 week stay, BUT overall great value, would definitely stay again
