Breakfast was ok, not great. Dana at the front desk was awesome. Recommended things to do, very helpful, friendly, and an absolute joy to talk to.
Need an elevator, was traveling with my 82 year old dad, was difficult for him to climb stairs.

Location and cleanliness.
Everything was clean, we had a pet friendly room that had some previous chew damage but desk was aware. We found some bugs in our dogs food bag in the morning but it was never on the floor. They were not there the night b4 so ?????? Or on the cake on the table or her bowls on floor in bathroom. Front desk was made aware.

The friendliness of the staff and willingness to ask us "could we do stairs" even though we had not indicated poor mobility. I have never experienced this before. She went above and beyond to explain what to expect regarding breakfast, etc.

Everything was great, the quality to price point was amazing. The rooms were nice and the whole facility was pretty nice. Nicer then I expected.
The only problem I had was the staff did it have any backup breakfast supplies. Both waffle batter dispensers were empty and told they didn’t have any more. And the breakfast room is ity bitty, very tight room when trying to get breakfast amd eat when other people are also

Good location and quiet
The tub wasn’t cleaned and there was hair matted up in the sink drain. I had somewhere to shower so it wasn’t an issue. Had I no place to shower I would have contacted the desk. I meant to take pictures but I was in and out and forgot too.
