Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Wolfchase Galleria

The breakfast was lacking. We went to get coffee a few times and was always out. It was nore like an on the go breakfast. The location was good. Our over all experience was good for the most part but something was up with our carpets bc they were turning our socks and feet black and even though we stayed several days and disnt have room service while we were there our room always smelled of a wierd bleachy smell. We would stay again. It was decent for the money.

Eric met us at the reception desk upon arrival. He met us with a smile. Eric was efficient and amicable. He quickly and thoroughly answered our questions. He accurately directed us to where we wanted to go. When we arrived at our room it was clean, temperate, and comfortable.

When we awoke in the morning the TV had no signal, problem TBD. The breakfast was a little scarce, maybe add bread, bagels, and english muffin with a toaster. Also, complimenting condiments, ex jelly, cream cheese, and peanut butter.

Very spacious room, great location right next to Wolfchase Galleria Mall. Nice outdoor pool. Great value.

The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast - the only things offered were coffee and a few muesli bars. Friendly staff, but they are rarely at the reception, but at a back room. There is a bell to call them, but the bell doesn't seem to work. Room smelled a bit funny.

I liked the location and that it had a stove so I could make myself food. the staff was super accommodating and so sweet about everything.

the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I tossed and turned both nights I was there trying to get comfortable and nothing worked. I didn’t like that I didn’t have an oven. I brought a fire stick to hook up to the tv and it was such a hassle just trying to get to the back of the tv so I could plug it in.

The location was the best, close to most of our needs.

Out side could have been maintained better. No fruit for breakfast, not even bananas 😒. Washing machine broke. No refunds at front desk, inconvenience to go online for the small amount

When we got there the staff who checked us in his customer service was out standing. We requested a downstairs room and that was no problem. We had a little noise problem with the people next door and when reported it was handled very quickly and we where notified of the steps they took. The room was perfect.

The outside door security broken but was scheduled to be repaired the next day. We where informed about it at check in.

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay due to the fact, it was one of the lesser expensive hotels.

If breakfast lasted longer. Ace 30 morning when Levi is really wanted breakfast but on the weekends, we usually sleep in. We could’ve had breakfast if it was open till 10 which is one hour longer.

My room was exceptional. It was very spacious and not cramped. (felt like a college dorm almost). Didnt eat breakfast, but did have a coffee. It was good.

Their gym facility was basically non-existent. It was just a treadmill and elliptical. No weights of any kind

This was simply an overnight stay after traveling into Memphis. The young man at the desk was kind with a great sense of humor. The room was great. I am a big fan of ESA sites and this property is one of the best I've booked. The table setting and welcome items were a 'big thumbs up' bonus touch.

The property is 'tucked away' and its kind of confusing how to get there based on GPS.

Location. Price. Early check-in (extra fee) worth it, Size of room. Clean. Service of Staff. Shawntae was wonderful. Felt like home away from home. Food and shopping on same parking lot area. Mall across the street.
