Comfort Suites Airport Nashville

Staff was very friendly. Since I had my own vehicle location was great location as it was not far to downtown and was close to OpryMills and other amenities.

Hotel is a bit older and needs some fixes like access to side door key card access didn’t work most times, pool wasn’t clean (didn’t have time to use it but noticed it), smoke detector was missing in my room, my tv quit working twice, and the music in the elevator was way too loud and annoying.

Friendly staffing. If you needed anything, they were there for us. Example, at our arrival, we did a walk through on our room for any minor or major problems in our room. We noticed only 1 minor problem in our suite's bedroom. The inside door handle was slightly broken off, out of place. I took a picture of the handle, and went straight down to the front desk showed the picture the front desk assistant, which happened to be the hotel manager, (extra-nice), at the time. He said we will take care of of it that next day. And it was "DONE"!!! Housekeeping also.,"Awesome", they asked if we needed anything the 2nd day stay. We requested for extra towels. They were right there for us, "DONE" with a smile ☺. And asked if we needed anything else. Mann, out of most hotels I have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot of them. This hotel. To me and my wife, this was one of the best. VERY CLEAN AND FRESH SCENT HOTEL (TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A 2.9 * HOTEL) (FELT LIKE A 5 STAR *****). AWSOME PLACE TO STAY. OH, JUST REMEMBERED THE FRONT DESK ASSISTANT WHICH HAPPENED TO BE THE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER COVERING FOR HIS NEXT EMPLOYEE TO ARRIVE. HIS NAME WAS > Mr. Larry Hawkins. This guy was the greatest! Very professional. He needs an AWARD!!!

First I want to give a shout out to Tiffany! She was so nice before we even arrived. When I called a day before she answered all of my questions and said she would be working a lot of the time my wife and I were at the hotel. From hearing how friendly she was, I knew it was off to a good start. When we arrived she greeted me with a big smile and a great conversation, so thank you Tiffany!!! You’re a huge asset to comfort suites!! The hotel was so clean, all of the staff was very friendly! Breakfast was delicious and I’m so glad we booked here! Thank you for making our Nashville experience better with comfort at comfort suites :) Oh and laying out by the pool was amazing as well!!

Rooms were very spacious. We had 2 full beds & sofa bed with 2 TV’s. Súper confortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Great options and warm breakfast given. Location is quiet and about 15 min from all the bars on broadway.

The wall outlet near the microwave was not working. I initially thought the microwave was broken. I tried another outlet and was able to use the microwave but I had to move the microwave. It was a little inconvenient and it was late so I chose not to call the front desk for this issue Because I was still able to make my popcorn. Other than that, everything was great!

Location was convenient and I appreciated the free parking during my stay. The hotel was quiet and allowed me to work and rest when I needed to.

The duvet cover on my bed had stains which means to me it had not been changed/washed since the last guest. If it had, it needs to be disposed of as it send the message that it’s dirty even if it is clean. Also, at least twice I saw two men Wes of the housekeeping staff not wearing masks while cleaning rooms. This is unsafe for both the two ladies and future guests.

Tiffany was terrific at Check in! She helped us find a safe place to park, was very competent and was so kind. She made sure we got an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie too, and knew when breakfast was served. We were very tired and had driven from Charlotte - went to sleep right away. Breakfast was good. Coffee in room was good. Coffee down stairs was Nescafe- not great. Thank you to all of you.

Wont take pets. we didn’t have ours this trip, but will next time.

when we booked it said King Sweet got there and the bed was not a king just regular bed small asked the night cleck about it and she said what i got was right think she was new was not very helpful.. Take to owner next mower he said he would move us (real nice and Very Helpful) but we just stayed there to much trouble to move the breakfast was wonderful morning cleck was super nice

This is my favorite stay cation when I just need to get away from life they have the jacuzzi tubs inside the room and they are always clean and never let's me down ... From check in to check out the experience is always pleasant not to mention a gooooood breakfast to start your day off just right !!!!

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

They charge you $100 for accidental insurance. They don't let you know until you check in!! Plus it can take 5-7 days to get your money back which is ridiculous!!
