Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Jackson

The staff were so nice. When they found out we booked this because it was listed as pet friendly, they refunded our reservation, and helped us find another hotel. The facility was clean, and was well located around food and stores, and in a nice neighborhood.

Booking.com lists this property as pet friendly. They do not accept pets. I've had a lot of trouble lately with properties being mislabeled like this.

It was very convenient! It was close to the mall and so many restaurants!! Our room was very clean!! Loved the pillows!! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower was amazing!! My hair was so soft!!! The receptionist that worked Friday evening when we checked in on 10th she was amazing!! Very accommodating!! The young lady that worked breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning she works so hard!!!

The staff was very professional, helpful and polite. The room was a queen suite that we found to be very clean and spacious. There were five guest and we were never once in each other's way. The facilities were nice and the property was quiet we were never bothered by other guest or noise of any kind. The beds were so comfortable. Slept very well. Thanks again for an excellent stay. Breakfast was really good, and better than most motels where we have stayed. Location was good, with a variety of restaurants nearby. The room had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was very nice! Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fine and staff kept food hot, and dishes filled. Entire hotel facility was very clean! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hanging area for apparel was cramped, and too short to hang a dress, or long coat in winter. There was only a chair at the desk... no chairs to sit and relax.

The room itself was great! The walk in shower was wonderful, the full size Paul Mitchell products in the shower were a nice surprise. There were USB outlets everywhere! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a suite with 2 TV's and a nice couch. It had lots of space and lots of storage.. The location is right by most of the shopping and major restaurants in Jackson. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We will be staying here again!

It could be a cleaner facility. My husband found a dead bug in the shower, also found a long dark hair in one of the wash cloths, and some hairs on the toilet seat. The hallways where not vacuumed. The thermostat in the room had a loud clicking sound when it would turn on. The parking lot is smaller than most

This hotel is in a great location in Jackson. This was our first time staying here and we definitely enjoyed it. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful when we asked for things such as toothpaste toothbrushes. The breakfast was to-go due to the pandemic. It was nothing fancy but they did offer some basic packaged breakfast foods that was good and it was included in our stay which was nice.

We asked twice to have our rooms cleaned and both times the front desk said they would have that done and they never did. Very disappointing. We had to empty our trash, get clean towels, toilet paper, etc.

Great location. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable mattress. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was mediocre. Mostly prepackaged due to Covid Protocols. Lacked variety.

Loved the room. Food was very pricey especially the candy and drinks. Other than that, breakfast was ok, a little sparse, but ok. Too. Was nice and clean. Easy parking, too.

First, I couldn't hear the girl when she was asking me questions when I was checking in. I asked her to speak up, and it was a little better. Bu then, secondly, there were people without masks, and she didn't seem to care. If you are running that hotel, you need to enforce the rules !! No exceptions !! Her reaction was apathetic. Room was very pricey at $150.
