La Quinta by Wyndham Cleveland TN

Front desk employees were extremely nice from check-in to us just walking by to head out. They always said hi and made us feel welcomed. The cleaning staff were friendly as well. We need a couple of extra towels, and they got them right away and also told us that if we need anything, not hesitate to ask. This was my second time staying here. The first time was during the peak of Covid, and they were just as nice and welcoming then as they were now in 2023. I always get the executive King Suite, and it's absolutely perfect. There is plenty of room and love that it has a couch with another TV to watch. I can't stand laying or sitting in day clothes on the bed. I've stayed at 5 star hotels and I have to say with the way they take care of this hotel from the employees to the cleanliness it doesn't feel any different. Just the price. Which for what you get at this hotel, they could charge more, and I would still stay there when I come to Cleveland, TN. Well done, everyone at the hotel. You ladies and gentlemen are amazing!

I can honestly say there wasn't one thing that I didn't like, but maybe 24 hr access to Fitness Center. But besides that, everything is/ was good.

I thought the breakfast area had a nice assortment of breakfast items. The buffet area was modern and tastefully decorated. The sitting area was also nice and comfortable with lots of big windows and natural lighting. The lobby area is spacious and inviting when you come into the hotel with an area where you can shop for snacks and essentials.

The room where we stayed was very spacious since it was a handicap room. But I felt it was very plain & simple. Being a newer hotel I thought there would be more attention to detail and decor in the rooms. The pool area was very small with no hot tub. Windows in the Pool area had rust, which seemed odd for a newer hotel. The room however was clean and suited our one night stay.

This La Quinta was built a few years ago. We never stayed at a La Quinta before. I was very impressed. The rooms were huge. The whole place was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The lo action was right off the highway with restaurants and gas stations near by.

The only complaint we have is that breakfast didn't start til 7 am. Seeing as how most of the clients are traveling because the hotel is right off of I 75, we needed breakfast at 6 am. The desk person was nice enough to get us 2 bananas and apples. Coffee was available.

My room was extremely clean, I’d like the fact that it was not wall-to-wall carpeting, just an area partially under the beds in between the beds. I have always felt that carpeting in hotel rooms is nasty, I had no problems barefoot in the room. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with no signs of mold, or mildew. I would definitely stay here again!

I might have just missed it, but I would’ve loved an area where I could have gotten a glass of wine.

The location was perfect because we were just passing through. Its a new facility! The person working the night shift wasn’t welcoming.

The fire alarm turned on in the morning and woke up everyone in the hotel. It was a false alarm. The tub in the restroom looked dirty because it had a huge yellow stain on it. The room had a musty smell or a dog smell. The entrance of the hotel smelled wonderful but sadly it doesn’t pass on to the room.

Clean - good breakfast - hot water - comfortable beds - good air-conditioning

There was nobody at the check in desk for a good amount of time. I understand that she may have had to attend to something but a note on the counter would have been helpful. Frustrating after a very long drive.

Housekeeping staff is great. The manager was rude and talking down to desk clerks Infront of guest. She also won't let you check in a mere 5 mins before check in time. Had to ask the front desk for TP twice because they forgot the first time. Overall, I've always enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again but every year gets a little less apealing. The location is convenient, breakfast is decent and the friendly housekeeping staff makes up for the incompetent and drab welcome committee at the front desk.

The staff at check-in, first she noticed we were coming to check-in and she went to do some before welcoming us and it was not until I said something when she responded. I know you are there... Also I have stayed at least in 100 different hotels, have never been asked for license plate but if check-in in at 11 pm was not late enough I had to walk out to get my license plate number as if my driver license was not good enough.

I checked in late and worked down the road had to leave work early to pack up the room. I had my newborn and fiancé staying with me and they wouldn’t accommodate to anything over 12pm checkout without paying another night. I know it’s a business but I turned my key in at 12:45pm due to my fiancé needing to breastfeed and pump so she wouldn’t get indulged. They weren’t considerate about that and very strict on the 12pm. I believe under the right reasonable circumstance that staff should be more reasonable and accommodating to guest when events like mine happen. But no doubt I’d stay here over any other hotel in Cleveland, TN.

This place was amazing! So clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend, and if you have animals traveling w you, they are pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. They don't skimp on breakfast either!!!
