Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga

The breakfast was great, had several options to choose from for everyone.

The only complaint I have is, the ceilings had black around the edges not sure if it was dirt or mold. RM 220 underneath the desk/table something had been spilled and splatter down the wall. We seen it while sitting on the bed. Other than these 2 things it was a pleasant stay. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast. We were also very happy they were able to give us adjoining rooms as requested.

Location, clean

Needs some work and updating. Pool area is dangerous and needs updating. When exiting pool the floor is very slippery. Would benefit from a textured surface to keep from sliding. Breakfast area needs to stay open longer. Lots of construction type workers in facility when we were there. They were loud in their rooms and hung outside in the parking lot which made it difficult to rest. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay

The girl name Mitchell acting so rude just because I showed up at 1:24 pm and not 3 pm??! And yes this is WHY I ASKED for her name because that’s way to disrespectful, you might be taking your lunch or you might just not want to be at work. BUT ONCE YOU CLOCKED IN it’s under you name the responsibility to be nice at least.

Great location!!! They staff made everything perfect , so helpful and friendly!

Hotel needed a little fixing up but the staff made up for anything I could see wrong with our room that needed a few cosmetic repairs. The staff in passing was always so warm and friendly !!!!! The room could definitely use a face-lift!!!

Everything was exceptionally great despite my issue with Quality Inn Alcoa after my flight was diverted to Chattanooga.

I dont like the fact that the Quality Inn in Alcoa could not accommodate the change in my flight and transfer the reservation to Chattanooga Quality Inn. The change was beyond my control and it is ridiculous that they could not make the change without charging me full price for a room that I never stayed in.

Modern clean basic room at a reasonable rate.

🙂-This was a clean place to stay. Nothing to complain about. I did report the hair dryer not working in the room. The desk clerk seemed to ignore. Maybe a checklist for the cleaning staff to check room appliances as part of the daily routine could avoid this added hassle for future stays. I would definitely stay here again and not base my entire opinion on a less than customer oriented desk clerk. Feedback for improving value added customer service and repeat customers is a plus. I would recommend this hotel to business partners, friends, and family.

The location was absolutely fabulous, The view from our room was phenomenal, request a room with a view of the mountain. The staff was very nice and made recommendations for nearby restaurants. The staff also accommodated our room location request. One of the rooms was directly across from the elevator but we did not hear any noise from other guests.

The indoor pool was not clean, the water was green and looked like it had a film on it. There is no maintenance person on duty, any issues have to wait until morning when the maintenance person comes in.

Staff was friendly making some renovations so you can tell they care about their property and the pool was an amazing treat. Heated with the mountains in the background. We had a suite and the price was incredible

Nothing. Everything was great. I don't have a single complaint.

I BOOKED 2 ROOMS ONE ROOM THE TV /CABLE WOULD NOT WORK, CALLED FRONT DESK AND SOMEONE CAME BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE OTHER ROOM HAD NO COLD WATER, SHOWER WAS VERY HOT.. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED A DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT WHEN I MENTIONED THE ISSUES BUT WAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEGED.

Breakfast was good. Loved the swimming pool with the kids. Would have liked a hot tub. Liked the sitting area in the Queen suite.

Was a little rundown. Not totally clean-there were smashed spiders on the wall in the bathroom!
