We arrived later than expected, and the hotel put a hold on my card (which was expected), but when I arrived, they charged the booking fee as a separate transaction, so I had two charges for the room on my card until my bank released the funds from the original hold almost a week later. This "double-charge" made things difficult for my party because it affected my budget, which affected me checking in at my final destination. The lock on one of the outside doors was also loose and barely functional.

The room was much bigger than expected. It has everything we needed to cook and keep drinks, food cold. The staff was very friendly and always asked if everything was good in our room. Plenty of places to eat around and Texas roadhouse is walking distance across from parking lot.

The bed wasn't to comfortable, our backs hurt when getting up because they felt to hard. The bathroom was also very small with a sliding door that was so hard to push open and closed. Also don't serve any kind of breakfast even though we paid for breakfast included, so that's upsetting. Should change price if no breakfast is offered. Coffee doesn't count as breakfast.

The hotel was clean, my room was clean. And front desk advised that TN residents have to pay a $250 deposit that's not disclosed on Booking but he still waived it. I was pleased

beds were off the floor a bit more than I needed Iam 5’4 not that tall. just had knee surgery so still recovering. bending to get up was hard. toilet was to short kid size.

I only enjoyed the night staff representative. He was very nice, always available, and very helpful.

There are people that hang out outside the establishment.

It’s a excellent hotel to have long stay. The people who work here were super friendly and help us to solve the problem. The room price is affordable and clean.

Good location. Great staff. Fairly quiet

Customer service. From the time we got there it was great. I initially had concerns about my room because I did not see the door block arm thing at the top of the door. The young lady gave me another room to check and the option to switch. Turns out the door block was present, it just looked like a broken bracket... who knew.

Good value for the price. Good location with access to many restaurants.

Would have liked something offered for breakfast, but the coffee in the lobby was good.
