Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville-Antioch

The breakfast was outstanding! The room was clean. The check-in person at the front desk was very friendly and personable.

They were in the process of remodeling which is a good thing since the carpet was horrid.The painters even dripped paint on the floor and the countertops but it was clean and quiet. Knowing all of this, I would gladly return.

The scrambled eggs were sitting in water. Like water sponge eggs. The waffle batter is too runny. Those are the only things that were awful.

Make the waffle batter thicker. & don’t add water to the bottom of the container that the eggs sit in. They were both kind of inedible.

They were working on painting the halls, but the room itself was nice. Large room, with nice bath/shower. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gray in addition to the regular continental breakfast stuff. Close to the freeway for easy access to anywhere.

Everything accept the 50 dollar Security hold put on my card. The money hasn't returned back to my account yet.

The way they handled the Expidia reservations and the security hold on my card. I wasn't told that I would have to do this after I paid for my room.

The staff was great. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The swimming pool was a plus. Coffee in the room. Easy to get outside to smoke. They served breakfast. The windows open. It was clean. It had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. It was a good room overall.

Toilet seat needs replaced there is no way of tighten it up. There was only one chair in room. The TV needs to be updated. There was only one regular coffee and 4 decaffeinated in room, needs more regular. Needs meat at breakfast.

Super breaks fast. The desk clerk was really proud to tell us all about what they’d be servings. And in reality - good for him, it was really good. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and this was the most comfortable bed yet.

They’ve got to paint the doors of the rooms and the place will be great. That was the only impression that brought it down. Maybe they are getting ready to paint. But chipping paint on multiple doors stood out as strange.

I absolutely ADORE Comfort Inn! Because that's what it is... COMFORTABLE!!! I'm able to sleep, there's always hot water, the TV channels are good. Sometimes you have people next to your room who have NO hotel etiquette, and slam doors, drawers, and are just loud. But...

I was sent an email that I reached a point in Booking.com, that I was to get a discount on my reservations from now on. $90/for the night wasn't discounted.

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi. I specifically asked for a room with a jacuzzi and was assured I would get one. When I showed up, I was given a room with no jacuzzi. I went to the reception and they transferred me to a room with one, however the price went up to 139.00 from 99.00, which I didn't mind, other than that everything was great.

The stair way from down stairs to second floor was dirty and the carpet in the hallway could use a rug doctor. The curtains on the room hanging off and dirt bathroom doors and walls. Just could work on more cleanliness.

The staff was very helpful and adjusted our room to the 2 queen beds thay we needed. Breakfast was good every morning. We enjoyed our stay.It

The staff was great and rooms just what we needed for a good price. 👍
