The smoke detector battery must have gotten low and the alarm started “chirping “. My wife went down to the front desk and notified them the battery needed to be replaced. The front desk clerk said he wasn’t allowed to enter the room. He gave her a new battery and she brought a chair from the dining room so I could stand on the chair and change the battery. He stated they did not have a step ladder. Thankfully this happened around 11:00pm and not later in a.m. The stay was good . Just didn’t expect to have to do maintenance.

Queen suite, had partial space with kitchette, sleeper sofa and tv..teenager loved it. Pool and hot tub were clean, nice sized. Breakfast was hot, spacious seating.
Had to get room key reset 3x due to issues. Door lock extremely touchy. Housekeeping staff said it was a known issue and one even stated avoiding that room during duties due to lock issues. Please fix it. Room 230. Tv in partial space..needed to use manual buttons on tv before remote would function.

The breakfast was good, it was a standard hotel breakfast. Food was hot and filling. The word work is just beautiful! I love the rustic log cabin look. There are lots of really nice sitting areas. This place surprised me at how nice it is because I usually stay at a Hilton or Marriot. The location is perfect for sightseeing, restaurants and anything else you may want to do.
The coffee was weak.

The breakfast was outstanding. They had a great variety of foods to chose from. The waffles are the best and the location was very easy to find.
I'm not sure that this is a dislike, but why the child sized (height) toilets. I am of average height, but am glad I'm not 6' plus. If this is for children, why not assign number of child friendly rooms and use these toilets in there and regular sized toilets in the rest of the rooms. Also, the street address is a bit misleading. Maybe add I-90 exit Number ***. We drove into Chamberlain, found the street you list and drove through construction all the way to I-90. Or use both the street number and exit number.

It was clean, staff was friendly and the location was close to interstate 90.
The pool seemed over chlorinated. The fumes were so strong our eyes stung immediately when we walked into the pool area. The kids swam for 20 minutes and got out because their eyes were bothering them as well.

Location is quiet, safe and off of the highway with a gas station and Dairy Queen across the street. It has a pool, comfortable lounge and a small bar if you would like a drink. Beds were comfortable.

We were on our way to Washington State from Wisconsin. Americinn has always been the symbol for good service and great accommodations. The food was very good. Miss Cookie loves the people and we always know we're in good hands at Americinn

The manager was amazing...he helped me get into My room with my giant dog...and then again when I lost the keys after grabbing dinner...he was fast and didn't mind my dog jumping up on him
The right side of the bed smelled HEAVILY of coffee...not sure if there was coffee spilled on the carpet or what but I had to lay facing left or it gagged me... And no bathtub

plenty of parking for our large vehicle. Nicely designed interior. Thick carpeting kept hall traffic quiet.
Needed another trash can at breakfast as the trash started to overflow. No elevator to second floor.
