Quality Inn West Columbia

We love the hardwood floors the room was clean bathroom clean location was good right off the interstate staff was great but I have stayed at this location about five times in the last 2 years

We didn't like the blinds in the room because it made the room very light at night, so it was hard to sleep. The shower was not full. The parking lot is tight to get out of. The beds are on still frames and when you sit or roll over you can see them pop and crack

great breakfast. i grabbed yogurt and orange juice on the go since i was already late for my appointment. but breakfast was good and the location for breakfast was okay as well.

well, it would be great if they could monitor the disposal of smokers because smokers were dumping smokes everywhere which was not correct and that could also reduce the quality of the hotel, and it's a little bit unwelcoming to see smokes everywhere especially the non smoke room area....

The rooms were very clean and had nice amenities to include fridge, microwave, coffe maker with coffee, hair dryer, ironing board with iron. Parking was adequate.

Could have used a couple more pillows on the bed but otherwise comfortable.

For the money it was decent we were only in town for 1 night and only in the room to sleep less then 8 hours. The bed was clean, the shower was hot and the staff was nice

The area is a bit rough, the surroundings need to be cleaned up like the parking lot and grass areas were stacked with old furniture.

No carpet! Breakfast was great. Loved the fresh pancake maker! Good location for highwa accessibility and it wasn't noisy being so close to the highway.

Iron was broken, but functional- still should be replaced. TV remote/channel selection was difficult unless you just surfed.

Did not eat breakfast. Everything was nice. Got coffee and the breakfast looked good. The facilities was clean. Staff was very nice.

Bed was a little soft to my liking.

The staff was great! very friendly and helpful! The property was older but well maintained! Very close to highway and shopping!

Everything was OK besides my room wasn't clean

Room was not clean I went and bought cleaner and cleaned it myself. I mean with covid around and other diseases it REALLY NEEDS TO BE CLEAN!!

The lady manager went out of her way to find a first floor room for us, because we can not handle stairs with our knees & hips. Good food places within easy walking distance.

Not being able to have a quick breakfast before leaving, but that was because of the covid restrictions.

The main thing is that our non smoking room was actually a non smoking room. I am very, very sensitive to smoke and it was nice being in this environment.
