The staff was super friendly and welcoming!!!

The air conditioner did not work well and as we were checking out there was a ROACH on the curtain!!!!

It is clear this hotel has undergone recent renovations and improvements are still being made. I have recently stayed in a king/sleeper sofa room and a double queen room. Both were comfortable and clean. Also, the hotel offers free parking and is a very short drive from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Sports Center and Convention Center.

In lieu of the traditional complimentary breakfast many hotels offer, a rather pricey, made-to-order bistro is located in the hotel lobby along with a Starbucks . 2. Rooms do not have microwaves of their own, but some halls do have a microwave for general use located in the same nook as the ice machine.

My stay was very enjoyable. My husband and I were visiting Myrtle Beach for our 39th Anniversary and stated that the hotel was very nice and close to attractions and restaurants in walking distance including the board walk.

The only problem we had was that our room was not cleaned even after we had gone to the front desk to ask that they send housekeeping to our room to correct the issue. The problem was corrected and management gave us some complimentary goodies.🙂

Dealing with the front desk concierge. When time to hand me my credit card and the keys for the room, instead of placing it in my hand, he sat it on the counter in front of me. When I had to hand him the stuff he needed, I didn’t sit it on the counter. I handed it straight to him. That is very disrespectful for them to act as if they do not want to come in contact with us as customers. I understand wanting to be cautious and safe. But there is a thin line because being cautious, and being rude. . It wasn’t all of the staff. Only the guy working the front desk during my check-in time.

The AC unit wasn’t putting out as expected. But still was comfortable. Think that the shrubbery around the unit restricts the breathing of the condenser. Only an observation.

It was really close to my daughter’s event site so we didn’t have to drive long.

When we arrived (Saturday 16th 5:00 p.m afternoon) our room was not ready to do the check in even when we were told it was going to be ready at 3:00 because it was rented to someone else :( so we had to come back later to be able to enter. Also I did the booking online and it reads no pets are allowed at the hotel but when we were there we saw dogs and the staff said the policy about it was changed, this was the principal reason I chose this hotel.

The location was excellent! so many things to do and great restaurants within a few minutes drive. Very clean, really friendly and helpful desk clerks.

There was nothing about this property we didn’t like.

The room was clean and decorated nicely. It did not smell and no holes in the walls. Clean linen and bathroom.

Some of the guest were loud during the early morning time frame. There should be some sort of quiet time enforced. This time should include prior to 9:00 AM.

Room was clean, bed was most comfortable we have slept in in a long time.

No breakfast included, what was available for purchase was expensive. Many of the restaurants close by were closed due to a labor shortage. Not really a fault of the hotel, but this location was picked due to proximity of restaurants, with many closed, even in Broadway across the street.

Very clean, smells fresh, fabulous lounge area, wonderful helpful staff, Broadway at the Beach is across the street, turn right out of the parking lot and the beach is about 2 blocks down right in front of you.
