Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square

The property had a beautiful view of the city close to markets and restaurants. Walkable distance. The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout my stay.

Only complaint I would have is the room we stayed in had very visible stains on the carpet. For the price of the room you would think this should be replaced or cleaned.

The rooms are spacious & the beds sooo comfortable. We had everything we needed. The lobby & hallways are open & allow plenty of room so you feel cozy ,not smothered. The location is perfect as we were there for a Riverhounds soccer game. My husband loved it because once he parked the car, we could walk to some restaurants & of course walk to Highmark Stadium.

I would liked a little better discount on my room, but I'm not complaining given the location of your hotel.

Our river view was amazing! We used the Gateway Clipper to reach PNC Park for our concert, which was extremely convenient. Parking was close, so that was convenient, as well.

Parking was not free or included in the hotel cost. Also, there was no continental breakfast, and the in-house Starbucks was unable to make a variety of choices.

The bed was super comfortable. The location was great for riding the Clipper to the stadium. Staff was friendly. It was nice that there was a small cafe to go to before we left in the morning. Also, the lookout over the restaurant and view of the river and city were nice.

The door kind of stuck and the carpet was stained in our room.

We enjoyed being able to bring our furry family member, AND use your dog play area, especially after a long drive. The property was very clean, especially the gym. Our view was exceptional, as is the location of the property. We enjoyed walking the riverfront, and finding a choice of restaurants. Thank you! We will stay here again.

Location near river was great as walking path outside fence. Walking distance to the incline and the point park. Rooms very comfortable and quiet. Not many people staying here so easy to be COVID safe.

Parking fees are outrageous- $30/day. Staff did not mention parking lot across small street that was lower and $18/day. We moved car there after first day. There is no reason they need to charge $30/day especially when mostly empty and not a lot of parking options nearby. Also due to COVID and some construction not many restaurants open nearby. No breakfast option other than Starbucks in hotel. Also no grocery store that is close. This hotel and the riverfront area have huge potential for visitors and it looks like they are adding services and remodeling. Can’t wait to visit in the future.

Very clean, food for the wedding we attended was amazing

The restaurant was severely understaffed for a full hotel. We asked for a table and the woman disappeared for 10 minutes. Once seated, finally after 30 minutes, our waitress was great. For what I paid, I expected a bit more.

breakfast not included. served actual Starbucks drinks but not Starbucks food. the English muffin, egg, cheese, and bacon breakfast sandwich actually had a sweet onion mixture slathered onto the bacon and it ruined the sandwich. very disappointed.

perfect location.

only two towels in our bathroom and we booked for 4 people. no extra toilet paper, we had to call for it and when we asked for more towels, they sent someone when we weren't in the room and they left all of the dirty towels. we also were disappointed that the steelers country sign that is usually hung up above the reservation desk wasn't there and the shuttle transportation had ceased but this may be due to covid which in that case is understandable.

We loved where the hotel was located with a short riverside walk to a good selection of restaurants, he T station, and the Monongahela Incline. We also had a great view of the city skyline from our room! Parking was super convenient and we could take the car in and out as needed.

Perhaps due to Covid or the ongoing renovations, the pool and the 15th floor lounge were closed. The railroad is located between the hotel and the river, so we did her freight trains going by several times a day. That said, it wasn’t all that loud and really didn’t bother us.
