Fairfield Inn & Suites Scranton Montage Mountain

I liked everything that I expected to, at Fairfield. My only take away was the price I (thought I) booked through Booking.com [$172 for 2 nights] ended up being $268.94.

I think there is a shortage of front desk staff but my experience didn’t represent an issue. I d like to see a curfew on patio firepit corn hole etc and folks enjoying a cocktail outside. my son was on back first floor and pot smoke coming into room. I was on 3rd floor back and had to wear earplugs due to late night fun outside. my relatives had trouble getting toilet paper otherwise good stay .

I loved the breakfast spread. I really wasn't expecting so many options, and I was pleasantly surprised! I also thought my room was really nice and spacious.

I didn't experience it myself, but upon check in, another guest was telling the front desk about teenagers running around the halls at night. That's not really the hotel's fault though.

Super clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Buffay breakfast was better than most, catering to most people’s needs. Even had European options of sliced lunchmeat and cheese. He’s new to reach from the interstate. Close to several choices for food including restaurants, fast food, and Starbucks.

Comfortable, great shower, great pillows

I asked for maid service as we did not get for 3 days. I was told I needed to ask the day before to get service. That response is not commensurate with what I remember of Marriott who has always been customer oriented. I am a lifetime titanium elite member and I expect better service than that.

They charged me for the room directly after I was already charged through booking. Com They said they have refunded me the amount but will have to wait to see it come off. my card. Very unhappy for The miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com

It was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in .. the views around the property were stunning The employee who checked us in was just sweet and friendly . I have nothing but praise ... Well done n thank you

Booked room the day of stay without having time to research. Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable. Great value with breakfast included, which was very good. Sweet woman working the breakfast was incredible.

The body wash was empty on the shower, water was also lukewarm in the shower. Only two complaints. Besides that everything was perfect!

none, beautiful place and I choosed that place because it’s closer to everything, venue we attended, near movie theater and lots of restaurants around the hotel.
