Holiday Inn Express Hotel Pittsburgh-North/Harmarville, an IHG Hotel

The property was convenient to restaurants, Sheets and stores. I had no trouble finding it. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Also, this hotel actually used real Dove products for shower supplies. I’ve stayed at other HI-Ex and saw staff refilling the shower supplies with no-name refill products. Breakfast staff was very friendly!

The pool was cold, really cold and there was what looked to be only emergency lighting in the pool area. There is also no bathroom in the pool area. Definitely more towel bars/hooks are needed, especially with a hotel that has a pool. We were a family of four and, if we used our towels for swimming, and then towels after swimming, there would never have been enough room to hang them all up. More towel racks/hangers please!

It was clean and we could hook up everything to the (small) TV. The fridge kept things icy cold. The variety of breakfast items available was amazing! The bedding was clean with your choice of firm and soft pillows. Even though the place was packed we could always find a parking spot.

WeThe size of the room and bathroom was enough but still on the smaller side... especially getting into the bathroom. The rug in between the beds just slides around. We visited during the when there were a bunch of children around and we could feel them shaking our 1st floor bedroom from the 2nd or 3rd floor... for hours. Thankfully things got quiet around 9 so we were able to relax then. We chose this place so we could use the pool but there were so many kids we didn't get to use it at all but that's nothing to do with the hotel or staff.

Great location. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, great selection that was kept clean and stocked Room was small but nice

Beds were uncomfortable. Got woken up at 6am am by a cart rolling up and down the hallway Room was decently clean but one of our towels had some marks on it and some spots on the pillow but we just simply set them on the floor and didn't use them Price was a bit high for a small room

The breakfast was very good a pretty good selection. My mother and I were very pleased with the Cleanliness of the Hotel, especially with the recent Covid Situation. We where so glad to see the Luxury Vinyl Flooring and not Carpet.

The only negative thing we have to say was the mattrasses, they were very clean; but way way to firm for the both of us. We tossed and turned all night long which meant we didn't get the greatest sleep, just a suggestion a thicker pillow topper would have worked. We both have back problems which didn't help.

very convenient right off the turnpike. anything you could possibly want exceptionally close by. 

The room I had this time was just a double bed was not pleased with the bathroom. I have a sore left arm and trying to reach the toilet paper. It was ridiculous. How do use my right arm and reach back. 

Free parking. Facility was clean. Our room was cleaned every day. Good value for a place to see. Right off the turnpike so very convenient location.

Pool was not open so that was a little bummer. Rented the hotel for the pool. Worked out anyway, was too busy to enjoy a pool. Maybe next time pool will be open and can get some time to enjoy the pool.

Great location and friendly staff

We have stayed at this location before and it exceeded our expectations so we booked again but this time was disappointed. Walked into the same suite we were in before and it smelled like smoke so bad! Hotel is smoke free so when I told the front desk they offered a different room. Next room was a lot smaller and not as clean either. Got back really late and realized we didn’t even have wash clothes.

Clean good breakfast well stocked but no coked to order menu, but good quality and quantity and great service. room very comfortable and clean. Location quiet but near highway. Courteous and helpful front desk and staff

There finger food No breakfast like the add say..

My bed was not a king size bed..Im very uncomfortable in this bed it was too small for me and my husband..The staff told us well sleep in separate bed me and my husband slept in the same bed for 14 yrs and it's our anniversary weekend absolutely not.. He also said well you staying or leaving we don't have a king.. I pick what size bed I wanted online... But when I arrived they said they didn't have it.. They just gave us anything.. I'm not happy I been up all night.. Thank god I'm leaving in the morning.

Beds were a little hard for my liking. I got a chocolate milk from the breakfast to take in the car. It was expired. Luckily I had only taken on sip and spit it out. Then noticed it was expired
