Courtyard Pittsburgh Greensburg

We liked our room. It was clean w/ all the amenities we needed. However, we were given a voucher for a "free" breakfast that we did not take advantage of. We were told there was Starbucks coffee, but we were not going to take advantage of because there was a fee. If we were going to have pay for coffee, we went right down the road for Starbucks. When we booked, I asked for a Military discount. There was no response. When we checked in, I asked about the Military discount again and we were told we had vouchers for breakfast which didn't pay for our Starbucks. We could choose 2 cold items and 1 warm item. How does that pay for a Military discount? The surroundings were fabulous, beautiful landscaping!

By far the best hotel, best experience, and best value since the pandemic. The room smelled fresh was very clean, staff was great, the communal spaces were well appointed, clean, comfortable, close to food and shopping, and we got an amazing deal. We visit the Pittsburgh area about 4x per year, and thus may be our new permanent go to, we were that impressed. Highly recommend.

Staff was excellent - top rating for the staff. Very helpful and nice. Location is very good - easy to walk to breakfast, dinner locations nearby and shops. Garden area in back of hotel pretty and relaxing.

Would be nice to be able to open window a bit more, it opened, but not by much. We don't like to use AC anywhere. It would have been nice to have a safe in our room for jewelry / passports.

We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was nice to be joined by other hotel guests who we might otherwise have simply passed jn the elevator rather than chatting and hearing their city visit experience. Hotel staff were all friendly and out of their way helpful.

It's the first time I had to pay for breakfast in years while staying at a hotel/motel.

The food and service were excellent. The only thing I did not like was the cost of breakfasst.

Breakfast was good, but a little pricey. Facility was very nice, nice pool and jacuzzi.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better—clump of long brown hair in bathtub, “short hairs” on the bathroom floor.

Great room, very comfortable bed, very clean, and great location. Friendly & helpful staff. TV set up to scan a code on your phone so you can connect to your streaming accounts... Netflix, etc. That was a super cool feature.

The pool was by reservation only & all times were reserved when we arrived. But that was understandable due to covid. I was also unaware that a $250 hold would be placed on my card for any damages. Again, no big deal but I wish I knew that upfront.

We loved the location close to family, we enjoyed the ease and comfort of the room. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very quiet. We slept well.

No free coffee in the morning.

All of the staff members were wonderful and the pool was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the room came with a pull out couch and a little area to sit which was a nice surprise.

Staff were very polite and sensitive that I was there for a funeral service Epitome of customer service and deserve an acknowledgment for their hospitality by corporate services
