Most of the staff seemed friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, location was close to Main St, size of the room

A little wear and tear in the bathroom but not a big deal and walls were a little thin so you can hear a lot of what goes on in different rooms in the hallway. I also wasn't informed that the swimming pool was used for swimming lessons pretty much all day everyday. Didnt like having to take my son before the classes started (11am) and after they ended (8pm). Wouldve preferred to have total access to the pool during my stay.

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and tv worked well. We slept well! The bathroom was very clean too, which we appreciated. Loved being able to have coffee when we arrived at 10PM. We are locals and came because we had an issue with a water leak in the house and had to turn off all the water. So, it was nice to be able to come to a great place to spend the night and make it easier on us. It was nice to grab a quick breakfast before we had to rush home to meet the plumber!

Had to go through Booking.com to get the best price and room!! When I called the hotel directly, they said they didn't even have a room with 2 queen beds, which is what we got---and the price was almost $40 cheaper. I wish I could have just gone through the hotel!

Front desk ladies are Absolutely Amazing accommodating and helpful

They definitely were accommodating down to housekeeping and the young lady that handled food on the weekends the older woman that handled breakfast was not friendly at all almost rude but still dud not effect my rating because ovetsl everyone was amazing thank you so much for making my trip comfortable I will be staying again for

Staff was very helpful and polite, breakfast was good enjoyed making waffles. Staff helped with additional towels and wash cloths (4 ladies only 3 towels in room) as well as toothbrush.. lol We also enjoyed the size of TV in the room, No issues with WiFi connection. Loved the 24/7 coffee that was hot each time. The coffee cups were cute and different.

The door to enter room was extremely squeaky. Needed WD40 badly. Very loud. I was charged an additional money the next day after the initial charge for room the day before, which caused a bit of panic thinking something hacked my account. Talked with staff and they said it was a "temporary" amount to make sure my card was good, and I should have amount deposited to my account within 2-3 days. Just still confused on why it was the day after. Other then that. All was super!!

Breakfast was better than most chain hotels. It's one of the reasons we stay at Hampton Inns.

Registration staff was not as friendly or to the usual standards we've come to expect at Hampton Inns. The staff person may have just been having a bad day, but her surliness set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Check in was a pleasure. The gentleman at the desk (sorry, I don't remember his name) was most pleasant and professional. I got the feeling he enjoys what he is doing.

The floor in the bathroom was sticky and my feet were sticky too (from the floor) after I got out of the shower. The bathroom was very clean so I am hoping this is from the solution used to wash the floor. I had a disability access bath tub. It was a bit of a problem standing. Maybe a shower stool/chair could be provided in these rooms?

Breakfast was very good. Fresh and perfect. We stayed before heading for a cruise so the stay was short and we got what we wanted - wiz a good night's sleep and food.

Some dinner options at the hotel would have made our stay excellent. Room service or at least a little shop with some quick grab dinner plates.

Hotel is located around the block from Main St in Stroudsburg. Lots of restaurants on the block and the hotel property is in a great location to head out to Mountain View Winery and Comptons pancake house and other shopping areas. Enjoyed our stay very much. Clean hotel, great water pressure and hot water in the showers. Beds are very comfy. Only complaint is the covers (duvet) on the beds. Omg they weighed a ton lol. Felt like I was being suffocated at night. Staff very pleasant.

Accommodated my request to be away from an elevator. Friendly staff. Had no problem getting hot water in the shower which is a big plus for me! Decent buffet breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Only criticism I have was the power button the tv remote wasnt working…had to find the manual button to turn the tv on, but then the remote worked to change channels?? Kinda strange and not a big deal, but could be something to look at for improvement. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Stay 1 night. Spacious for 4 people. Got fridge and microwave. Bed is comfortable. Clean room. Breakfast with hot food ie. Scramble egg and sausage, toast. Muffins and danish. Yogurt, cereal. Juice selections. Got staff watch at breakfast room due to Covid. Great job Hampton Inn! wi-fi is good. Location is safe. Close to shopping, down town 7 minutes. Staff is nice. Would stay again if price is right.

The room door is loud when close. Not a big deal. Breakfast over @10am. Wish the juice machine is avaible beyond breakfast hour for people who don't drink coffe.
