The location was ideal, and close to a vast number of food, entertainment and shopping facilities.

A secondary seating/table area outside of the indoor pool area closed at 11:00, leaving only one area at the front of the hotel for a group having multiple guests to gather. The front area was always monopolized by a large group of the same guests, leaving only the pool outside area for other guests wishing to sit outside, talk, smoke and relax. It would be nice to have a other entry way to that secondary seating area after 11:00 without having to walk through the open pool area, which closes at 11:00.

staff were extremely friendly

A $75 fee for a 1-night stay with a 10-lb dog felt excessive, especially considering that doesn’t come with any “extras” like complimentary treats or whatever. (Though there was a jar of self-serve milk bones in the lobby.) I’m happy to pay extra to compensate for the extra cleaning my dog entails for the housekeeping staff, but a $75 fee — plus we always leave at least a $10 cash tip/day for the housekeeper — feels like a lot. (And if that extra $ all goes into housekeepers’ pockets then that’s one thing, but I somehow doubt that’s what’s happening.) For reference, other comparable pet-friendly hotels we’ve stayed in charge $25-35 per night for dogs.

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel and try booking future travels with this chain.

The only issue that we had was the lack of soundproofing. The room above us must have had children running around or jumping on the bed Even though we booked a non-smoking room, I could smell the lingering smell of smoke.

very spacious room close proximity to stores and highways

the room stunk like wet dogs ; I understand you put people with pets in the same room repeatedly so other rooms don’t get damaged by pets, but we shouldn’t have to smell the last people in there! no bathtub in the 2 bedroom room we were given that was pet friendly only elevators at one end of the hotel and hall ways are over 30 rooms long at the end of a long day that’s just a lot of one way walking.

The breakfast was great. The location of our room with my handicapped husband was good.

the door to the room was so heavy it took all of my strength to hold it open. The people staying above us sounded like a herd of elephants the direct TV was horrible, unable b to get any sports

The breakfast was fantastic! There was a nice array of choices that suited all my family's preferences. The staff was attentive, and pleasant in meeting all of our questions and needs. Our room was beautiful and was more than adequate in meeting all of my family's needs.

The staff provided exemplary customer service. Brian was PHENOMENAL! He was professional, warm and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was warm and attentive to my needs. Please let them know they efforts were acknowledged and appreciated. The breakfast was very good. Please have more turkey product s for those of us who don’t eat pork.

Very clean and very attentive staff. Breakfast was stellar with many choices including waffles and omelets There is a bowling alley/arcade next door which was great for the kids.

The elevator was broken when we arrived but was fixed really quickly.

I've been coming to home 2 for sometime now by far its the best experience everything is set always clean the staff is great again its like going far away in a sense for a local guy keep up the great smiles number 1 fan Anthony r campbell

The batgroom slideing door in the accessible roombwas hard to open and unlock
