Great breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options, including a prepacked "to go" bag if you're in a hurry or want to take something on the road. They even left a happy note on the wrapped fresh fruit.

Be aware that this hotel is located in an area where restaurants close very early in the evening. The hotel provided a list of local recommended restaurants but we had trouble finding a place that was still open after 7 pm. We found a restaurant that was listed as open until 10 pm, only to find out after taking an Uber to get there that the kitchen closed at 7:30pm (we arrived at 8 pm) and only the bar section remained open. We had difficulty getting an Uber back to the hotel.

the hallways were very cold which made the location of the bathroom very cold. our room was cold and the heat was working but thermostat permanently set no higher than 75. As a terminally ill cancer patient that was extremely challenging and I was too exhausted to pack everything back up and move to another room without assistance

it was very clean - everything seemed well maintained and the grounds outside were spotless.

We were charged a $75 + tax fee for having a 6.2 lb Yorkie with us! The website advertises they are pet friendly but mentioned nothing about any fees. On the booking site, when I checked the pet policy, it said pets are allowed and “charges MAY apply”. That is a lot of money to charge for a short two night stay especially given the size and breed of our dog!

Convenient location. Home like stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The shower head, where the high water pressure was a plus you could barely turn it as to not blast you in the face. Only one setting wasn't uncomfortable overall. The different settings would have been not terrible if there was more than one setting that you can actually use.

This was one of the nicest hotel stays I have experienced. Seven night stay. Quiet. Clean. Professional and well-informed staff. I enjoyed this hotel 100%.

Location, I travelled out of state to attend a Military Service at Alleghenies Cemetery for my relative. Room clean, quiet. Thanks for room away from elevators/ice machine

I think to offer temporary umbrellas to guests when unexpected rain would be nice gesture. Mess on 09/19

wonderful as always. my go-to hotel when we come to Pittsburgh. everyone is always so nice and polite.

i thought the breakfast was a little lacking. i was excited for a hot breakfast and there was not really anything besides waffles or oatmeal. But it was fine, i made the most of it.

I have stayed here several times. The room is clean and comfortable. The place is quiet. This was my first visit since they went back to a breakfast bar. Honestly it was not impressive. Waffles, bread , pastry, cereal, yogurt , coffee and juice. Not a single serving of protein in any form. I would have preferred the boxed breakfast.

Only con not as close to downtown as wished. Make sure you rent a car if going to the Game is your goal. The Uber/Lyfts add up quick.
