Taylor, the front desk evening shift, went above and beyond! When she found out that my car had broken down, she had printed out several recommendations and one personal recommendation which I went to and it was great! A1 mechanic excellent excellent!! The next day, Kim, the morning daytime front desk shift, was awesome as well! Both had exceeded expectations of accommodating my time frame for check out! Beaver Falls is amazing and the people are awesome here at Microtel! They should get a bonus at least

I found the property to be just what I needed - driving to Detroit from DC, I wanted to break my journey into two days. the hotel was easy to find and a quick hop off the highway. The building was clean and surroundings were quiet. The breakfast was great - waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleased with everything

The hotel was clean and very quiet, staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was close and convenient to where we needed to be, as well as many stores and places to eat.

There is no pool. The weight room had very minimal and the elevator was very warm inside. If I didn't have to provide " what didn't you like", I wouldn't even mention it. Everything was nice

Very clean! Our room had great use of space and I have zero complaints about our accommodations . Parking was ample and location was great. It had snowed the night before and we woke up to shoveled sidewalks and plowed parking lots. Very much appreciated that

Everything was just fine! We would most definitely stay here again. My only ‘ding’ would be that the evening attendant could be a little friendlier. We arrived late in the evening after a very stressful snow delayed drive. She got us checked in just fine, but she was not overly friendly or welcoming. Did not tell us our room # or where it was located. She just put the keys on the counter. Had to ask her what the rm number was and where it was located and where the best place to park was. I guess my expectation for a business in the hospitality industry, is that they are hospitable. The morning attendant, on the other hand, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She even went so far as to help us with directions to our in town destination

The room (Queen Suite) was very comfortable, well thought out and very clean. Hotel was quiet and in good repair. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about them . The sparse breakfast was only the only very minor drawback. Convenient to the typical shopping such as Walmart, grocery stores etc.

Pet friendly. Good location. Lots of places to eat and shop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of grassy areas for pets and everyone seems to keep it clean. The room we had was awesome with a couch and a little kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities such as a workout room and in room coffee pot, microwave and a mini fridge.

Verrrry small tv. Apparently there was some kind of maybe wedding or something going on in the meeting room that went on till 2am. VERY VERY noisy!!!! Not much as far as breakfast goes. The carpeting is in DIRE NEED OF CLEANING!!! The room itself was (surface clean) however the higher up areas were extremely dirty. The shower faucet in our room was corroded with mildew. And someone somewhere in the place was smoking weed. You could smell it something terrible!! Definitely in need of some DEEP DEEP cleaning! And on the door of the facility it’s posted to wear masks. NO ONE including staff had on masks with the exception of us!!

Very well maintained facility, and very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. A special thanks and shoutout to Lexie, who managed multiple tasks - keeping breakfast area stocked, working front desk, and helping folks with requests - all the time smiling! She deserves a raise/promotion!

Check out was easy. Breakfast area was clean (these kind of hotel breakfasts get so messy and gross fast but it looked good).

Wish there was more selection at breakfast (more varieties of cereal and bagels, English muffins, toppings for the waffles, etc). A non-dairy creamer that isn't sweetened would be nice for coffee.

Excellent hotel staff who treated me like family. Darla rocks as well as the other ladies I dealt with over a Booking.com issue. Only problem was no coffee at breakfast on my last morning, so that was disappointing. Overall a great stay!!

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

The room next door had high school kids staying after their homecoming and they were very loud, slamming the door. I had to turn the a/c on just to try to block the noise. The parents must have booked it since they were obviously not old enough to book. Other than that all was good 😊
