Breakfast was fantastic and the pool and gym. Bed was comfortable

The Wi-Fi does not go past room 212 we were in the last room 214 in the end of the hallway. It was an upsetting disappointment experience for everyone in the room. I asked the front desk after waiting 30-40 min in line for employee to check guests in . After the 3rd time I had to come down and ask question. I decided to photo discretely the 3rd time in a long check in line again . I waited 40 minutes each time. The front desk employee noticed and a miracle happened the check in each guest went from least 20 minutes each to 30 seconds!! Crazy. We asked about the Wi-Fi and they said nothing do. Only use wifi standing outside room in hallway next to room 212 door. The screen was ripped could not open window because of that .

Breakfast choices. Clean room area. Easy access to our room. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Eating area is basically the lobby. Bed's springs squeak and husband doesn't like the squishy pillows. Water in sink has low pressure. Hallway had someone's dog pee on it almost every day. Surprised that guest let their dog wait that long. Most people were inconsiderate when it came to picking up their own dogs dropping. We could not take our grandbabies to the pool. We don't live in Salem so don't get to visit often enough to know where to take a 4 & 6 yr old so would have been nice to be able to take them swimming.parking is congested and not well lit. While walking my dog around midnight there were people doing what we'll call inappropriate things in their car in the parking lot. Cable was hard to figure out.

Very clean bedding and facility. Big window for fresh air. Newly redone. Good area.

Too much air freshener. When entering the lobby it smelled of bleach and motel air freshener. The room was Extremely scented. Not good for allergies. Fortunately there was a good sized window that opened. That was kept open for the whole stay (2 days), and the fan on the a/c was kept on, and we reversed our heads and feet in the bed to keep our faces in the fresh air. Was a bit annoyed by all the “social distancing” circles everywhere. Guests were ignoring them.

it’s clean, I can’t remember the employee who checked us in, a female, tall with glasses. she was very friendly got us checked in fast and on our way. room was clean and comfy. breakfast was a 10 + big variety and fresh food. Super hot coffee and your choice of creamers. ❤️❤️

maybe the parking lot. time to smooth it out and paint in some wider white lines for a more spacious unloading area.

The breakfast selections were outstanding and very tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to the freeway was nice.

Having to turn right out of the parking lot and then had to find a place to turn around when I needed to go left. The desk area was great but a small table in the corner would have been nice.

I always enjoy my stays at LA Quinta. Request for ground floor room was fulfilled. The staff on duty upon my checking in at 3-4pm exceeded my customer service expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was clean and in order. Kudos to the housekeepers!

When I got home I checked my bank account and saw that there were two room charges. I called to let the hotel know and they assured me that IF both transactions went through they'd quickly refund one of them.

Traveling with my son to explore colleges. He (and I) liked the lofty ceiling in our room, made it feel less cramped than most hotel rooms. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. Room was comfortable and clean.

We were given the choice of a "street side" or "creek side" room at checkin, and chose "creek side" ... but we still partially faced the street and still heard a bit of noise. One of two elevators was out of commission due to some scheduled work, so we always had to wait for the sole available elevator (to get to a 4th floor room).

The hotel overall was in really good condition. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and everything was very clean in our room. I loved the smell of the shampoo/conditioner! Staff were pleasant and friendly.

They ran out of coffee fairly early on at breakfast and it seemed there was no one to replenish it. The rest of the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options but I do really like having a cup of coffee in the morning.

Our room was great, no carpet yay! Pool was great, clean but no towels. Room & bathroom were very clean and well stocked. Lots of charging spots and outlets. Higher than my expectations.

No towel at the pool. We got down to breakfast an half hour before it closed and there was no waffles, no milk, no breads or biscuits. VERY disappointed - I paid for breakfast and my choice was cereal or eggs and sausage links, fruit. Nothing else. VERY DISAPPOINTED - did I mention that I was very disappointed - I always stay somewhere that has breakfast and I know I'm paying extra for this service - you need to do better.

Breanna was amazing and totally made our stay the best it could be. The hotel was fully booked and the staff was over worked. Breanna was pleasant and helpful. She literally did anything and everything. She even took the time to wish safe travels to customers. Unfortunately our room was located next to the ice machine and everytime someone got ice it made our dog bark. Breanna offered for us to change rooms the second night but we just didn't want to move our things. Like I said she was nothing but kind and helpful.

I really like that the floor isn't carpeted. However you can see any debris left behind. The hotel was super busy and I chose not to point out the dirty floor. Being next to the ice machine was a rookie error on my part. Next time I will do my best to avoid this room.
