Motel 6-Madras, OR

I really like how the room was clean and everyone there was so courteous thank you so much for always making our trip there a great one I have not yet had any thing bad to say about any of you guys you guys are amazing and I would totally recommend it for anybody who wants friendly people to be around

The only thing I can say is the table was a little wobbly on the top but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed or it was still able to be used

Fast and friendly check in late at night, and manager kindly helped out with providing parking directly in front of my assigned room. No frills, but very large room, easy parking, perfect for what I needed -- just a good night's rest right off the highway.

All was as expected for the price. Some noise from second floor came through to first floor, but that didn't last/didn't impact the overall stay.

We were in Madras for the Regional Track and Field Meet and did not want to do a turn around since the meet continued the next day. We needed a good bed and hot shower and a good night sleep. When we pulled in I was a little concerned. No HC parking by the office. Few things threw me off but my concerns were alleviated quickly. Being a wheelchair user certain things are critical for a good stay. I got out of the van and before I could reach the door, a staff person had opened it and held it for me. The interaction checking in was fabulous! I asked about safety due to traveling with all my childs track equipment, and was assured there are cameras everywhere. No worries, they were right. I was directed to our room, and when we opened the door I was completely blown away. Huge room, spectacularly clean, no odors, looked almost new. Parking right outside the Dor with private entrance makes loading and unloading a breeze! The integrity of employees was shown when somehow while unpacking the van, a wallet fell under the vehicle unnoticed. Apparently the person who found it didn’t want to bother us, or was unsure what room we were in, so The wallet was securely attached to my windshield with all the cash in place. Nothing missing. What a blessing! The rooms are quiet in spite of being on the highway. Very peaceful area. We will be back without question!

Everything was great. Beds are truly hard! But that’s a preference. Many people prefer the firmness. They were clean and well kept so that’s a plus.

We were upgraded to the Honeymoon Suite because they had overbooked the King rooms. It was such a beautiful room. Room service was divine. Props to the Chef. The food was superb! And the Desk Clerk put our room right where we could see our truck; felt more secure.

Had to get our keys reactivated 3x, however, the staff was apologetic and politely followed me to our room to make sure they worked. Also, I encountered a few sketchy people walking through the parking lot behind the neighboring convenience store. Other than that, our stay was close to perfect!

We took a trip to the coast and of all motels this was one of the nicest and accommodating with availability, allowing g pets, very clean , beds comfortable. We were given a list of places to eat which were easy to find.

No blow dryer. Lighting a little dark.

Staff was excellent. it's a Motel 6 so we weren't sure what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could use updating but overall it was a good value and the pool was nice too.

Young Lady at check-in was just great! She was so busy there, all by herself and maintained a positive and professional demeanor that we both thought she was great! The room needed a bit of paint "touch up." Otherwise, we slept very well and secure.

The price of a motel six room which most motel six’s are old with not good beds. In my opinion if they don’t lower prices then there going to have a long winter with a lot of rooms that aren’t booked.

It was clean, nice big room. It was in a good location, an easy walk to the convenient store.

Flat pillows, not comfortable. But the bed was comfortable. The chairs in the room were broke, you sank into the back of them.

Check in/out was quick and easy, the front desk and maintenance guy were both super friendly, the front desk area had a really nice holiday decor, the pillows were perfect, the dbl queen room was spacious, each bed had it's own bench big enough to sit and hold a large suit case.

There is no coffee maker in room, bathroom window slides off track and the screen was ripped on 1 whole side and bottom, lamp on desk was in bad shape and to turn it on/off you have to plug/unplug it, the room was really echoey which made for some very indiscreet farts.
