A nice motel next to the Interstate for our one night stop over in Baker City. The room was comfortable and clean. In the afternoon when we arrived we visited the Baker Heritage museum which cost around $8 admission and was well worth it with some fascinating displays about the Oregon trail. Later we we drove to the historic downtown Baker City where there are a few restaurants and ate in the Main Event Sports bar where I had the best Cobb salad ever. We didn't use the pool area but it looked very well maintained and pretty.
The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel which I think is run independently. We sat at the bar and ordered a drink and waited an age and it was very expensive.

Staff were always helpful and cheery. The property was very tidy and well maintained. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We commented this was the nicest place we had stayed on an 8 day road trip. The onsite restaurant was very nice and quiet. No loud music. Again the staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was excellent (fettuccine). The breakfast was well supplied and the dining area was clean. The fridge in the room did not have a freezer but the staff happily put our Ice Blocks in the kitchen freezer overnight. Would stay here again!

Pet Friendly separate building with lots of grass area for the dogs. This is our 4th time staying here and it is very convenient for an overnight stay, just off the highway, gas station next door, restaurant on site and others located close by, park just outside our room. Good TV and strong wifi.

We had a nice little patio looking over the courtyard area with the pool. It was nice sitting outside that evening after traveling.
We stayed there on our way back and ended up with a pet friendly room was not as nice as the room we had traveling the other direction. We did not request pet friendly, but there were no other rooms available.

The breakfast was far better than most free ones. They had everything you could want with staff tending to your needs. The lawn area was perfect for our dog.
It's too far from town so you need to travel to get food or see the sites. Nothing is near exept the interstate and truck stop that does have good food. The pool area wasn't opened yet in May.

This was the absolut surprise on our trip through Oregon… Hotel and staff just wonderful but the restaurant was exceeding everything 👍 Amazing food presented by an extraordinary chef cook. Best steak we ever had ( in years!!) and a homemade Bolognese with fresh herbs … original Italian. Service was outstanding, the waitress was the friendliest person and very dedicated to her job. Hopefully everyone gets the chance to stop by and meet this wonderful place to be and to meet and talk to the chef 😊

We loved this hotel. The pool and the ambience around it was exactly what we needed on the final night of a 2 week road trip. Staff at the front desk were organized, kind and efficient.
The toilet was WAY LOW to the ground - like you would fall if you had to use it in the dark. Assuming it's for accessibility - but we were on the 2nd floor. Something a bit more updated would be great.

This property was quite nice for a motel and the booking.com review rating it had, based on the reviews I did not have high expectations but it actually turned out to be ok.
It was extremely overprised for such level of a hotel and location. I was booking just a day in advance and it was Saturday so places in the area were quite full so that could explain that but regardless. I traveled across the country for 9 days on this trip and stayed at approximately same level of the hotels and this one was the most expensive out of all and 2.5 times more than I was paying on average even near major cities.

The staff at Inn and restaurant were all extremely helpful and friendly. The chef at the restaurant(wish I knew his name) was very courteous and the food was excellent. In the morning my car battery was dead and the front desk person, Becky, drove her truck around in the rain to give me a jump. Comfy bed, big room nice for our puppy. For the price a good value.
