Super 8 by Wyndham Big Cabin/Vinita Area

the staff at check in was super friendly, and the room was really clean. we did have a friendly spider chilling in our bathtub, but otherwise the room felt really clean and comfortable. location was good.

there was no elevator and it was hard to get to the second floor for my senior citizen mother. also, there was all out an inch and half gap at the bottom of the door I could see under. not sure why. I didn’t notice it until we were about to leave and I never felt unsafe.

Large room with microwave and fridge. Clean. Great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Wonderful assistance from front desk staff. Accommodating of changes to our arrival time. The area felt safe.

Spa was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Key cards did not work on day 2 of our stay. Air conditioner did not cool room as much as we would have liked. Outside door of building was not secured by lock even though a card reader was present. Bed was a little on the hard side.

Stephanie and Carol were so courteous, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable!!!! Breakfast was excellent! Cable was great with all the movies and FoxNews! Snack/soda machines available. Washer and dryer available. One ice machine available. Mini fridge and small microwave in room. Plenty of parking. Quiet place; no drama. Safe and secure. Always had hot water. Many trucks, but not much noise. Thanks for the military discount!

Rug needed cleaning; bugs at times get inside from the fields; sauna and ice machine stayed broken.

Our room was comfortable. The location was Very convenient. We had waffles with a banana for breakfast. Hubby had yogurt. There was 2 choices of cereal, 2 kinds of juice. We would stay there again.

Bed was comfortable and breakfast.

Didn't like we were in a separate building from the main building. There was a weird smell when we walked in threw the main door to get into the building and this door was broken and didn't shut all the way. Anyone could walk the building.

Nice size room, AC worked, comfortable bed/pillows, clean. Clean and maintained property (see below for cons).

Quite a few bugs (grasshoppers, flies & mosquitos) in the room and a few unidentifiable smaller crawling bugs on the bathroom floor (killed the ones I saw). Lawn mowing and weed eating crew started very early (8am) it would have been bad if I was sleeping in or staying a second night to get rest during the day.

...just off interstate (I could occasionally hear road noise, but not an issue)...nice people, very clean place, plenty of well-lit parking, just across the street from a travel plaza, with a Carls Jr. (I didn't notice any noise from the plaza)...

...nothing comes to mind...

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was good for the price of the rooms.

The spa/jacuzzi was out of order at the time.

No Bedbugs

Little older facility. But, ok for the price. We knew what we were possibly getting into. Was a little better than expected

I liked the location. Price good.

The door would pull close but not lock. Had to use the inside extra lock to secure. Room 123 definitely needed security in lock replacement.
