Breakfast was good. Furnishings were good. Sofa with leg extension was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent and clean.
Would like an air conditioning vent in bathroom. Would like a towel rack closer to the shower. Did not like to have the bathroom fan running every time the light was turned on, noise annoying.

absolutely beautiful building lobby and suites, it’s new and quality construction with very tasteful decor. Staff was helpful and parking well lit, home away from home for hospital patients families, we appreciate it so much and look forward to coming again just as tourists

The rooms were big, the Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed. The manager was friendly and polite.
The two attendants when we came in were rather uncordial and seemed unfriendly and bored. The breakfast was very unappealing, the cleaning staff came only one time but my son was napping and they never came back. I had to call the manager to have them deliver towels, they did, but our room was never cleaned, and we had to take our trash to the dumpster I took a bag of trash to the cleaning lady and she told me to take it to the dumpster! Unacceptable!

The 1 room suite had a huge livingroom, liked the roominess, good breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff! Really liked the staff! Liked that it had an ice maker!
I would have liked a large shower instead of a bathtub. The bedroom was a little small.

I thought the square footage of the room versus cost was exceptional. The kitchen area was very well appointed as well.
The only thing I noticed that wasn’t taken care of was the basketball goal broken. I know it had been that way for a while because the broken metal on the goal was rusted.

The bed was large & comfy & affordable.
There was dirty tissues left stuck to the table on the couch. I threw them out myself & cleaned that area & washed my hands thoroughly, but in a pandemic this shouldn’t have been an issue. I didn’t say anything to the front desk lady because she was seemingly busy trying to take care of too many things at one time & I overheard her mention to another customer that people kept showing up at the front desk while she was trying to get other stuff done.
