The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. There is restaurant and bar located in the hotel with good reasonable prices. Most of the hotel staff was nice. Dan at the front desk was really helpful.
The young ladies at the front desk upon my arrival were not friendly at all. My room was clean other than the fact that it wasn’t vacuumed.

This hotel was located right where we wanted to be. It was so convenient to get to every place we decided to go in 10 minutes or less. Bricktown was only a 6 minute drive from this hotel.
We were on the fourth floor and the shower did not drain fast enough. The water would get up to our ankles before we finished showering.

I used the fold out bed from the couch and it was uncomfortable. Because it was hard and flat, I had body aches and didn't feel well rested the next day. We had to pay $14 for parking and there is an additional $25 incidental fee that is added on top of the room rate which is possibly refundable. If not used for damages, they take the parking charge out of it and refund you whats left, fyi.
The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The extra amenities such as the later noon check out time, happy hour with free drinks and snacks plus the included made-to-order breakfast made our stay extra nice.

Complimentary drink tickets. The breakfast buffet was fresh & hot with so many choices. Beds were comfortable including the pull out sofa. We got upgraded to a premium suite with tons of snacks for the kids which really helped their late night cravings for a trip away.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Hotel was clean, perfectly stocked in coffee accessories and towels. Reception event was well run and breakfast was awesome! Staff accommodated us with 2 rooms close together after my father-in-law had heart surgery.

when arrived front desk was very nice and helpful with what was going on at hotel and good with directions to our entertainment that we went to that night. Happy hour was awesome and more hotels should do that. We ate at the hotel for dinner and breakfast and food was very good. will stay there again for sure.

If you're expecting unlimited drinks at the manager's reception, that is no longer a reality. This particular embassy suites offers 2 drinks per person. Other embassy suites have different policies. Getting each hotel on the same page would be great--at least guests would know what to expect.

I loved that we had a delicious cooked breakfast included in the price.
The view was of the lower roof and air conditioning unit. Not a deal breaker for us since we were only there to sleep but it might matter to others.
